Tyres were priced competitively, booked a fitting time online and had them fitted at the allotted time without any delays. Customer service was excellent.

Low staff knowledge
Bought set of tyres, went there and people working there refused to install new tyres. Reason was that installed tyres had designed speed 98w and I bought 98y. That my car would failed MOT. I didn't heard about it before and trusted this person. Sent an email to customer service and didn't received any response yet. I've checked this information about letter on professional websites and we customers can change tyres on what we want. Low knowledge, embarrassing

Air leaking from the new tyre installation
I recently had new tires installed, but I'm experiencing a noticeable air leak from the valve stem, causing the tire to lose pressure rapidly. This issue was not present before the new tire was mounted and I'm concerned about the quality of the valve installation.
I need to find another shop to fit it.

Professional and more than punctual
Professional and more than punctual, arrived early and was seen before appointment. They use torque wrenches so no stretched bolts and I can remove the wheel later if needed. Would definitely recommend
