The lock failed within a few weeks
The lock failed within a few weeks. Had to get it drilled out by a locksmith to gain entry.
I explained what happened and included a video from the locksmith . They never had the courtesy to respond . Still waiting.
Nice that you respond via Trustpilot, but not to me directly. You know the cost of that failed lock as it was explained to you by both Pyrocheck and the locksmith . Did you guys even bother to take the matter up with your lock supplier , Brisant Uliton?
A third party did order and install the door , but we chose the 6 doors from you, so I do feel you have some responsibility toward your end customer here . Hopefully not all of your end customers are fobbed off in such a manner ?

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment, however I must point we supplied your door via your installers, along with other doors on the order, and we have in fact supplied a replacement lock free of charge along with a compensation sum as a gesture of good will for the failure.

I purchased a custom composite door for…
I purchased a custom composite door for just under £2,000. While the door itself was delivered, the accessories supplied were mismatched in colour and did not align with the specification.
I contacted customer service and was advised that replacement items could be sourced. However, no replacements were ever received, and no further support was provided.
Based on my experience, the service and follow-through did not reflect the cost of the product. I would not recommend this company.

Importantly they give a full on-line experience which saves me a lot of time, and they provide performance details that are difficult to find for others.
And I can get what I need - the maximum thermal efficiency windows with minimal "fancy" features that I don't need, and for reasonable price.

i agree with david tanner
i agree with david tanner, poor company, lies and very rude by harry. ordered cills over a week ago to be couriered as urgent, sent end caps with no cills and today told me was chasing tracking number and will call me back, ha no call so kept calling then it was dispatch issue nick now said. long and short im doing a new project which requires 120 windows and doors and this lot are now not getting it. steer clear people

Not enough words to describe the cost…
Not enough words to describe the cost and hassle this company has been.
Constant delays, constant lies. Wrong colours, fires, damages, multiple wasted deliveries either wrong or not at all, glass missing, wrong brackets, the admin alone has cost me a fortune let alone materials to fix and cover so we can continue other work. Avoid this company at all costs. If identical windows are £1k more elsewhere, it’s still cheaper in real terms than ordering from this company.
