Very good service and support. When I had a slight problem with the car they emailed me back straight away even though it was a bank holiday weekend. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This company is a breath of fresh air, it’s like working with family. No unnecessary red tape, no worrying that they are going to look for reasons to charge more, hugely flexible. I can’t point at anything but praise. Anna is my contact there and the person who made my experience what it was!

Very accommodating and excellent value. Cars are quite new so for the cost, it's worth it. The pre-inspection as well was thorough and some marks/scratches were picked up before handover which is nice to see as many hire companies will only record marks or scratches if you point them out yourself.

Just a easy friendly process. The pricing and details were accurate and informative after my initial enquiry. After checking other options JVS offered the best deal for my needs. When I came to hire my vehicle and return the vehicle the process and all the staff were friendly and efficient, I would definitely use again if needed

From many issues with a national branded rent-a-car company, I discovered Just Vehicle Solutions local to me. From the moment I arrived Anna looked after me with awesome customer service. The car was spotless, new and I was demonstrated everything before I drove off!

I had to take the car for an additional day and this wasn't a problem.

On arriving back after my rental the hand over was efficient . If I could give 6 stars I would!

This will become my frequent company for hiring vehicles. GOOD JOB!

Last minute booking after being let down by one of the larger concerns. Great telephone conversation, clear directions, van ready for us and nicely cleaned. Easy paperwork (virtual). Everything about this experience was positive. From start to finish we have nothing but praise for "Anna" at Newark who looked after us.
