Good product badly made

I like the design of the Juul device, particularly the small size. I'm happy with the flavours and have found an online retailer that gives a good discount for bulk purchase making them pretty affordable.

However the devices themselves are poor quality. I have had four. One that worked consistently which I lost, one that still works, one which gave up the ghost after a few days and my latest which came out of the box dead.

Fifty percent failure rate is way too high, I will try one more but will have to junk them if that doesn't work out.

Poor on the UK market; rip off pricing

Juul was my first vape when I came of ciggies. It's an ok ish device but has some issues.

Firstly, battery life isn't great. Unlikely that this will last you on a night out or for a pack of four pods.

Speaking of pods, these are very low capacity and very expensive. £12 for 2.8 ml of e-liquid against a market price of around £10 for a 50 or 100 ml shortfill? That's simply a complete rip off.

Limited flavour choice and limited nicotine options are another reason I stopped using the device.

If they sort the battery life out (or sold a charging case at a sane price) I'd consider moving to 3 stars, however, I think they misjudged the mature vape market in the UK.

There are plenty of decent refillable pod systems available (currently using the Uwell Tripod myself) that are better than Juul.

If they released a refillable pod system or priced their pods more appropriately (at around £1 each at most) and had better battery life it'd be a much better system. However, that's not what you're getting and going by Juul2 you never will so I'd recommend using a different refillable pod system.

Flavours were OK - may actually be a UK market for their juice if they sold it by the bottle (again at a sane price)

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Contacted them because my Pods were damaged & they refuse to replace them unless you perform all sorts of forensic Photos & batch numbers for them. I thought JUUL were trying to increase market share rather than reduce it! Juul management definitely need to examine their customer service if they want to survive in this competitive market.

When they work

When they work, they work. But a pack of 4 is £11, and at least one pod in every two packs leaks everywhere. Very poor quality and no option for refund

Exceptional Customer Service from JUUL

I purchased a test kit which originally would have came with a portable charging case. I must have unticked the box because it never arrived, just the JUUL and 2 pods.
A quick email to customer services and I'm offered a code for a free of charge unit (worth 35£) :-o

Then I realized the original JUUL just was not up to scratch. The pods are tiny and expensive compared to say Logic.

Now they took on some feedback and now I was invited to the JUUL 2 device and I accepted and purchased the starter kit.
I then said to customer service 'hey can I use my code to charge the unit with the portable charger'. The answer was 'No. We are out of stock, however PLEASE HAVE A FREE STARTER KIT' WOW! I was NOT expecting that.

Device came as 48 hour full royal mail tracking and some pods. Currently for JUUL 2 only 2 flavours. I guess they are seeing if this device works before doing a full launch.

The JUUL 2 gives far more vapour and doesn't feel like your sucking yoghurt through a straw. Magnetic charger comes with the unit although on the website it's not clear about that so I bought an extra one thinking there's no way of charging it.

The pods are quite pokey in strength and I vape less compared to my big bulky mod.

The extra capacity in the JUUL2 pods is a great idea. If you can get closer to 2ml it would be even better.

Customer service for JUUL are just exceptional and so is the packing and delivery.

It is a premium device I find and I love the JUUL2 app so I can find it when I've temporarily misplaced it.

The company as a whole is great it's just the device and pods are at a premium, so suggest going for a subscription to save money and use the voucher code for an extra 10% discount

Recently bought the Juul 2. It states there is 70% more liquid in the refill. If that is the case how come it has the same amount of Puffs in it as the old Juul?

Sleek, Smart but very expensive

As a regular vaper of 3 years following 20 years as a smoker I have a vast collection worth thousands.
I’ve tried lots of pod systems & mod systems, in fact I have over 500 in my collection so can give a real review comparing many devices.
The Juul pod system is sleek, small and lightweight, it looks the part and there are many limited editions in various colours.
The recent carry case charger is a real bonus as the battery life if not that good stand alone making it more usable away from the home, the case it self is too sleek and smart, it fits perfect in the pocket and you don’t notice it’s there.
I love the Juul and if they were not so expensive I would use it as my main pod however it is one of the most costly pod systems to use, the pods hold hardly any liquid and seem to be the equivalent of 2-3 cigarettes in one pod and at £11 for 4 this actually makes the over all cost more than actual smoking say 20 cigarettes a day which is really poor as most vape liquid and products are very cheap in comparison to regular cigarettes cost, this means the profit margin must be very high to the company, maybe email some customer vouchers and discounts would be good too,

Expensive and doesn’t work well

The company charges a premium and offers a horrendous customer support. The actual sticks (that hold the sometimes delivered pods) are temperamental and often don’t work. I have bought about 5 of them and the company doesn’t want to assist with new ones despite spending £100 a month with them. I only chose them due to ease and now it’s turned into more trouble than good. Don’t waste your time paying a premium when you get treated terribly.

Why did they take Royal Creme away from me?

Please bring back the Royal Creme flavour to the UK. I don't understand why it was discontinued in the first place. Surely it was selling fine, as they were often the most picked over pod flavour on the shelf in all the stores. Surely it's not a matter of being too addictive or tasty for kids, because you still have all these crappy fruit flavours available. Why oh why did you take it away? PLEASE bring it back, I swear I would finance the flavour myself.

Utter and total waste of time

Utter and total waste of time. Website does not allow you to order keeps coming up with an error. This is after spending time verifying yourselves When you contact their customer service all they do is send you a link to buy from third party suppliers who do not have the same offers. So pay more as we cannot be bothered. Arrogance because they must be doing well just now but carry on and see how many customers you have left.

Awful product and service. Avoid.

I bought two of these devices after testing one with a sales rep and it seemed great. However, when I set up both devices they were awful. The draw is inconsistent and one draw can hit you so hard that it chokes and makes you cough so is impossible to use and another can be like fresh air. I contacted Juul and they said to set up an account and they would send me a couple of complimentary capsules to try at a lower strength. (I smoke really harsh cigarettes so find this surprising but...). However, all attempts to set up an account failed. I contacted support as directed, no answer. I also found that as part of setting up an account you have to post a picture of your driving licence or passport. I’m not doing that! So...for me...lousy product, poor service and a registration process that invades your privacy beyond what is necessary.

Works like an apple product

I have a few vapes all for different use cases however the beauty of a Juul is that it just works. Everything works harmoniously like the pods to the charger. Even though it’s not the vape I use most it is the one I take with me in a rush or night out because it’s brilliantly discreet and, like I said before, it just works!

Customer service is excellent the…

Customer service is excellent the service I received from Mo was fantastic in cancelling my subscription thank you.
Juul really need to start doing lower Mg nicotine in the pods though 18mg, 7mg are way to high for such a tiny pod. 3mg and 0mg was what I needed so I had no choice other than to swap to a vape for these strengths. Such a shame as I liked my Juul it was perfect with the portable charger.

Amazing service! Sorted my faulty product immediately!! ——- My Juul was flashing blue lights - super easy to submit a warranty claim on the website and I got a brand new replacement device 2 days later!!’ Fantastic service, very happy with the customer experience, cannot recommend highly enough!

They simply Do. Not. Care.

For almost two years, it was great. Then, beginning in 2021, suddenly every single device and/or pod I bought would start leaking nicotine fluid into my mouth. I would have to immediately throw away a brand new pod. I ended up buying about 7 new devices and countless new pod packs trying to find a working combination, with very little success. I must have literally thrown away hundreds of dollars. When I contacted Juul customer support, I was told that, although I am able to buy their product at my local gas station, they are not legally allowed to ship product to me due to my states laws, and then they stopped answering my inquiries. They basically told me to F off and didn't even thank me for the hundreds of dollars I gave their company for faulty products. Words cannot possibly express how disappointed I am by this company. They simply Do. Not. Care. At all. Purchase at your own risk.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am a JUUL retail partner.

my services for delivery has been suspended as per them i don't order much online, but i still need that as a back up.

so i have to go to the wholesalers to get juul pods which will add up in cost and will affect the buyers as i will have to increase the prices for the pods.

the customer service of JUUL was amazing but recently it's going downhill and wouldn't recommend anyone to become their partner.

As the customer service said they can't do anything about it, i have given them notice of cancellation.

False selling

Recently signed up for a subscription which included the e-cig and portable charger costing £10.

When checking when the order will arrive I noticed they have removed this part of my order, they haven't charged me for it but it was a really good deal. The portable charger is now also out of stock.

The deal is no longer there for me as it was part of singing up to the subscription service.

If this is how customers will be treated I wouldn't recommend the company and will be canceling my subscription
