Avoid! Ordered a gaming mat, paid £7 postage, didn't receive item and no tracking number provided.
Sent over 30 emails, I only got 1 reply asking if I received the item, and no further reply.
The company and bloke is a joker.
Going through PayPal dispute.
Any gaming channels/pages need to stop promoting/sponsoring this company.
Ordered some objective markers with them. Six months later I still do not have them, and they will not respond to my contacts. I have tried emailing, their web form, and the live chat. All I get is silence.
I ordered a gaming mat and a set of objective markers from JW Gaming on 17th May 2022, and paid £6.99 for 3 to 5 day shipping. I was emailed on 20th May saying the goods were shipped. After 14 days and still no items I emailed JW Gaming, and also contacted them via their customer contact form on the website. I didn't hear anything back and had to raise a case with PayPal. Again I didn’t get a single communication from them and had to escalate to a claim through PayPal. I got my £72 back, but I didn’t get the £6.99 back.
I would recommend that people avoid using JW Gaming as if your items do not arrive, you will get no response from them and will need to take steps to be refunded via PayPal or your credit card provider.
