You'll pay more than the pc to fix it

I bought the PC in late August 2022 for college ago, here's why you should avoid:

First 3 months: PC fully restarted 7 times in a day losing lots of progress I made on games

I contacted them multiple times about this

A month later, permanent blue screen , the warranty we bought at the time was for 3 years, they changed the contract the month issues began to say 3 months warranty

They only offered tech support

When threatened with reports to authorities due to it being illegal they finally said "here's a USB with windows 10 on, put it on"

It was fine for a week

The next week they tell me "oh it's actually the ram" and replace the 32gb I paid for with 16gb

Then it was the graphics card

They replace the graphics card things are fine but Its noticably slower and looks miles different dispite the claim it's genuine

By 8 months mark same issues AGAIN

They finally tell me "oh it was actually the hard drive we didn't want to replace it though" because it was a 2tb hdd

They send me a 250gb ssd as a replacement

When I requested an explanation they deleted my reviews , blocked my number and refused any more support

Since then I've had to buy my own parts and fix it myself costing me more than I paid for the PC itself

It's not worth the hassle the deals are too good to be true and the support is comparable to asking for a high-five and getting a slap in the face and gaslit into believing you did actually need that

Instead please spend your money somewhere reputable like "AWD It" or "PC experts"

Not even the support like the company my tech support for a whole hour of help would state that he knew it was shady and suggested I read everything, bin the PC, go elsewhere and report the company

(Date is the earliest I can put on here as it won't allow me to put the correct datw

DO NOT BUY

My 12 year old son has been saving for a year for a PC, he finally got what he needed, we ordered this 2 weeks ago, it hasn't turned up, you can't contact them in any way, it's a bloody scam my 12 year old is in tears and I need to now find £1000 to get him one because let's face it I'll never see that money again, fuming is an understatement

Seemed good, but aftercare useless. Gone bust now?

Seemed great through the purchasing process, and even their followup to check everything was OK, was encouraging. HOWEVER, in dealing with the issues that materialised their post sales aftercare has been appalling.

Firstly, I'd ordered a WiFi adapter card with dual areials. They sent me a near useless WiFi dongle without any communications instead. After months of badgering they sent me an adapter which there was no hope in hell of getting it to fit the motherboard we had.

Secondly, our monitor begun showing an intermittent error message. Pixl confirmed it would be covered under a 3yr warranty. Great. But after three attempts, AWG failed to organise any kind of collection and replacement, despite making several of promises organise.

Any attempt to contact them now is met with a full voicemail inbox. I really wanted to support them as a small business, but when it comes to aftercare they couldn't organise a proverbial drink up in a brewery.

2 weeks and waiting for a reponse

Ordered on the 18th with 4 to 7 day delivery.
Today is the 1st of April and still heard nothing.
Won't answer phone, won't answer email.
I tried to contact them on Facebook messenger, they removed their profile

A quick look on companies house shows they are not in the best shape at present with recently having a struck off order placed on them.
It looks like money I will not be seeing any time soon

Don’t buy from this retailer! SCAM!

Placed an order for a pc bundle for my little brother birthday but received no confirmation and no emails either! Been trying to contact them for the past week but receive no response when emailing to them. Tried calling up numerous times but each time call gets forwarded to an automated robot suggesting to resort to emailing them. From reviews I’m currently seeing I am not the only one facing this issue too and can very much tell they also writing down their own reviews to hide up the bad ones. I suggest to anyone who goes falls for this and are unable to get there funds back to contact citizen advice/trading standards for help.

Failed to fulfil shipping and delivery, lied about cancelled payment purchases and returning refunds

Ordered a Seven Ryzen 7 5700G 16GB DDR4 Ram 256GB SSD 1TB HDD AMD Vega Graphics on the 15/03/2024, was notified about the order on the same date after purchasing the order, informed on the 19/03/2024 about their payment system being changed over to another payment platform after their issue with their payment company Mollie

They have claimed that all orders made by credit or debit card have been cancelled which that could be the case however they have lied about returning refunds, i am one of the many to have not received a refund, they have suggested a retake of orders and payments using their new payment provider such as Dojo (never heard of them and i don't use their service either) however that will require me like many others to be scammed or ripped off to pay extra money for something that they should actually be delivering without the necessary demands of making us purchase again without refunds

Also they have offered to keep the payments and use cashback with banking i am with by app contact however mine takes 3 months/12 weeks however i much prefer to go to citizen advise for trading standards to sue them for it.

This was a disaster from Christmas Day

This was a disaster from Christmas Day, 2 hrs into my sons Christmas present pc stopped working, couldn’t get anyone on phones unless I paid £9.99 unbelievable. Couldn’t fix over the phone, 4 weeks later after emails and every other form of communication they collected to repair, to this day I’ve never received it back, only when I said I’d been talking to trade and standards they came up with some other story. Glad we were advised to buy with credit card and I kept all messages as today I got word from credit card company they will refund. My sons Christmas was ruined because off awgaming.

Nothing more powerful than a little boy’s Christmas wish, except maybe AW Gaming’s magical tech elves and their tireless efforts

These guys put together an excellent gaming PC at short notice before Christmas, and at a really reasonable price. Some of them were there putting them together until just before Christmas Day, and seemed dedicated to making sure everyone received their PC on Christmas Day. Real life Santa’s Workshop, absolutely exemplary service. I’d almost take a hammer to the thing and order another one just to marvel at the extreme level of service and quality all over again, but the young person who received is yet to unglue his face from the screen since receiving it, and has summoned me to his room to show me the graphics so often I’m considering breaking my own legs as a reasonable excuse.

Thanks guys, absolutely made Christmas.

2-4 day shipping costing £30? More like 11 days.

Payed £30 for 2-4 day shipping but the order arrived after 11 days. customer service was helpful enough and very friendly although there was 4 day period where i had to follow up for a reply. asked for the express shipping cost to be refunded but she t never was.

Brilliant!

I’d been suggested this company by a family member as they had purchased a full set up and said they were great , so I looked into it and found exactly what I wanted , the customer service is 10/10 even with the after Christmas rush I haven’t waited long at all for a reply! The actual Pc system is great! Once delivered I’d noticed the Norton virus card wasn’t in the box so a quick phone call resolved this and was set the code very quickly!

PC Order

Overall really good build quality and clean cable management.

Ordered on the 31/12/23 and had to email to get updates on the stage of my PC but that was understandable due to their christmas break, which some of the negative reviews are just impatient people and don't use their common sense to understand that they are on holiday and will be busy due to the backlog of orders. Tyler responded with the update email which was great to here.

The delivery process was faultless as the PC, monitor, keyboard and mouse were sealed and tightly packaged with no damage to them. Some reviews complain about damaged orders, this is not AWGAMING its simply just out of their control and its essentially the way the delivery company handles the package. I was also perfectly updated on the status of my order in the delivery process.

Setting up the PC was a breeze with the Windows key and the little start-up booklet provided by AWGAMING in the package.

Just a great company and made a happy customer.

Disappointed in service

Ordered a monitor end of December . Communication awful. Was told so many untruths about my item. Had letters saying it had been dispatched when it hadn't. Told monitor was out if stock after was supposed to be dispatched. I continually contact them waiting days on response. Phone number waste of time. Totally disappointed in the stress it has caused me

Truth.

Unfortunately, the delivery service in question has proven to be quite below par, particularly when it comes to effective communication. I'd advise exercising caution before considering this option. Given the multitude of alternatives for purchasing PCS, it would be wise to steer clear of this provider, particularly if swift and satisfactory customer interactions are a priority. Despite enduring a lengthy 20-day wait for the PC, my expectations have plummeted, reaching a point where, if possible, I would give them a zero-star rating. The communication woes are noteworthy, characterized by prolonged delays in email responses, and when they do respond, the quality of the replies is noticeably lacking. I strongly discourage potential customers from choosing this establishment, as it consistently falls short of the expected standards for customer service. Once again, avoid at all cost if possible, only consider them as a last resort - even then it'll be too generous considering how horrible their establishment seems to be.
