I made 2 orders, both were paid for thru PayPal. Both orders were confirmed and waiting to be shipped. Then I found both orders were cancelled because of "supply" issues. When I asked about when these items would become available, I was told to just buy another item instead. Isn't that "bait and switch"?
Got my $ refunded but left with a bad experience.
Now I'm wondering if they post prototype pictures of bags they never intended making and/or selling.
Enticing you to buy and then refund later. Why? What do they get out of it? To push the old lady bags on you? They lost a lot of customer trust with this garbage.

Quality low, returns impossible.
They say no hassle returns but then ask for pics of the item to send back, and won’t supply a return address. I’m sick of these Chinese companies websites made to look like the item is in the US and then take 2 weeks to send it. The bag was the Yara bag and the quality is low and certainly not worth $149. Not even close. I’ve finally learned my lesson. No more purchases online that are not 100% reputable. Any doubt, it’s a no. Stay away from these liars.
Nice bag
I ordered the medium hana bag. The shipping did take 2 weeks but it constantly updated. I have to say I wasn’t expecting the bag to be nice quality but it seems to be. It came in a dust bag and it’s a great size for everyday and very light. I hope it holds up well as I love the shape and size. If you don’t mind waiting a while for shipping go for it.

Shocking customer service and returns policy - please do not buy from this company. Bag returned 9 weeks ago and still nothing and sent proof of delivery 3 times. Also please be aware if you are in the uk and buy direct your return is to the USA at your cost (£32).

DO NOT BUY - nothing but problems
Unfortunately my bag arrived and it looked completely different to the picture showed on the website, it was small, awful quality and the colouring was completely different. Definitely not a £100 bag.
I then went to return this bag, only to find out it needs to be shipped back to the US . which the shipping would cost £40 (almost 50% of the bags worth). I did it anyway, to get at least some money back, and now I have not even received an email saying its been received , never mind a refund. I paid for tracked postage so I know it has arrived.

I wish I read the reviews before buying handbag from their website. The bag is light weight but quality wasn’t great. When I asked for return label they denied to help. I regret buying cheap quality bag. Would have got similar design from Amazon or temu for less money.

There is a UK returns label in the package but you have to go through this proctracted process of photgraphing the items and then they tell you have to return in to California in the US. Clearly a tactic as to avoid you making returns on their cheap looking bags. Avoid at all costs
NO and NEVER AGAIN
NO. If you didn’t like the item received, you have to return it for your own money, what cost me 35 pounds, which is around 35% of price of the item. Initially there was a promise to cover this investment, but appeared it was a smart way to simply make you paying for it. Robbery in a daylight, I strongly dislike it and recommend you to save your money on some more high-end brands or mass market which at least has the option for return with no harm to your bank account.

This is a generic shoe company, means they don’t design or make those shoes but just put their labels on the shoes. You can find the same shoe in other websites like kovre and more and they are around 15 to 50 dollars depending on the website. Hope it’s save you all some money and anxiety next time you try to buy.
Misleading, poor quality, and exhausting returns process
Edit: I found the exact same bag on Tiktok shop for £11.40 and paid £140 for it at Jwpei. SCAM!!!

I would give zero stars if I could.
I ordered from what looked like a UK website, but the item was actually shipped from China with no notice given at checkout, took weeks to deliver.
The bag was cheap, extremely poor quality, and nothing like the photos.
They don’t have a clear return policy. Instead, you’re forced to contact customer service, who then drag it out with pointless photo requests, vague answers, and repeated attempts to pressure you into taking a partial refund or coupon instead of a proper refund.
It took me over a week of constant back-and-forth just to get a return address (I had to pay the shipping). They even asked me to close my PayPal dispute before offering a refund — which is a huge red flag. After I escalated the claim, they finally accepted the return, but then told me to track the parcel and notify them when it arrived — completely unprofessional.
I did eventually get a refund through PayPal, but only because I knew my rights and didn’t back down.
I won’t ever shop with JW PEI again — and I suggest you don’t either.

I sent my items back over 2 months ago and no refund! I will never buy from them again. It wasn’t that the quality was terrible it just didn’t fit right but the process of return reminds me why I hate online shopping.

• They offered a replacement, and I requested it be delivered in person with a signature.
• The second order in April was once again marked as delivered — but this time to a completely different city.
Their logistics partner later recovered the package and passed it to USPS, who marked it “delivered,” but the item never reached my local courier’s warehouse.
I provided:

✔️ A signed statement from my local courier confirming no delivery
✔️ Emails requesting signature-based delivery
Despite all this, JW PEI refuses to issue a refund. Instead, they tell me to:
• Contact USPS (not my responsibility)
• Or file a chargeback (not possible for me, as my bank doesn’t allow it)
They keep hiding behind the excuse that “customer service is not authorized to issue refunds.”
This is not just bad customer service — it’s a violation of FTC regulations.

Items ship from China. The website states they ship from warehouses across the US. Untrue. Item will now be subject to ridiculous import duties without any notice.
Customer service "Michelle" doesn't…
Customer service "Michelle" doesn't even feel like a real person. I believe it is an AI representative. Ordered 2 bags and after more than 1.5 months and over 15 emails back and forth I had to request my money back. My preorder bag never came in on time and they refused to ship my other item because they said I would then have to pay shipping separately if i separated the in stock and preorder bag. 0/10 customer service.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. No options to return. Turned up much smaller than described, poor quality for the amount paid and has an awful smell. Pictures sent to customer service for refund in original packaging to be told I cannot return as it had been opened!!!
