My experience with K21 has been stellar!

With K21, you get what you put in. They have an organized, dedicated, and very responsive team that knows their stuff. If you come with clear goals and are ready to put in the work, K21 would take you from the start to the finish line.

In their AWS for Jobs program, I experienced their commitment to my success right from the top, with Mr. Atul personally invested in answering our questions. The support team was very good and my instructor was knowledgeable (Ameya was the instructor for my batch. I recommend him!)

They provided the resources I needed to succeed, from on-demand videos, to live classes, and interesting labs to solidify what I learnt from the live classes, and timely responses to my questions. In short, they had the tools and resources that I needed to succeed, and I was able to pass the AWS Solutions Architect exam on my first try.

I enrolled in a course with K21Academy on June 16, 2025, with the promise of a 6-month full refund policy if I wasn't satisfied. I attended all 4 live prerequisite classes, completed all available activity labs, as required in their refund terms.

However, when I requested a refund on June 25 (just 9 days after purchase), I was told to complete projects — even though the actual course hasn’t even started yet and projects haven't been made available.

This is extremely unfair. I provided:

Still, I’m being denied a refund based on requirements that are not possible to meet yet — since the content hasn’t been delivered.

This feels like a violation of their own stated refund policy. I’ve tried to communicate calmly and respectfully with their team but have not received a satisfactory response. As a working professional, I trusted this platform with my hard-earned money, and I’m now extremely disappointed with how this has been handled.

I sincerely hope K21Academy reconsiders and honors its own refund guarantee. Until then, I would advise others to be very cautious and make sure all refund policies are clearly clarified and honored before committing to any course.

Howver I felt in Python ML classes student need to work many hours other than class room hours. For example it took 1 week of self study on the NumPy topic, the class room hours on this topic is 3 hours!!!

I recently came across K21 Academy’s advertisement on Facebook and attended a free class. When I attended the free session, the primary emphasis was on how their training could lead to a $250K salary and highly paid job opportunities. The entire focus was on selling the idea of high salaries that students would supposedly secure after enrolling in the course. However, they provided no clear explanation of the course content, delivery methods, instructor credentials, or certification details.

For example, when it comes to teaching Microsoft Azure, one would expect a certified instructor with real-world experience in the technology. Unfortunately, none of this was discussed. Instead, the focus remained solely on financial outcomes.

On their website, the course was advertised at $3,000. But when I inquired further about the training details, the salesperson suddenly increased the fee to £6,000, merely because I had shown interest and booked a consultation call. During the call, the salesperson claimed they would assess my suitability and current salary, and confidently stated they could secure me a £160K job—as if they were going to issue the offer letter themselves.

That immediately raised red flags, as £160K is an unusually high salary, typically reserved for senior development managers in London. The next question posed was whether I was ready to pay £5,000 for the course. Yet, no proper information was given regarding the course structure, delivery method, or the qualifications of the instructors—factors that are critical for any technical training program.

Instead, they bombarded me with testimonials from past students and repeated claims that attendees landed $250K jobs after completing the training. To me, the entire business model seems to revolve around enticing students with unrealistic salary promises and instilling false hope, rather than delivering genuine education. It felt more like a marketing scheme than a legitimate training institute.

I sincerely thank K21 Academy for their full support and structure during my Cloud learning journey.
I enrolled in their AWS Certified Solutions Architect and DevOps course, it was a game-changer. The way they break down complex cloud concepts, especially around AWS, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines, helped me build the hands-on experience and confidence I needed.

Even when I am unable to attend a live session, there is always the opportunity to catch up through video recordings, accompanied by detailed summaries and well-structured learning materials, rich with documentation and practical labs.

The K21Academy support team has been fantastic throughout—consistently following up with me and other learners, either directly or via dedicated WhatsApp groups. These groups are updated in real time with helpful links, screenshots, reminders, quizzes, and lab files.

Very good. Excellent instructors. I am not sure why there are no live classes for DevOps since we have labs for it. The classes are informative and well-structured. However the timestamps on the live recordings are not always accurate with what’s on the screen.
