this company is not a real travel agency. I bought tickets from them for business then one day before they called me and asked for a full-price ticket, their telephone number is not even answering, false advertisement be careful and this will be reported to higher authority.

Horrible experience!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Made flight arrangements to fly to Ohio for my son's wedding Round trip from Jacksonville Florida to Cleveland Ohio and back (round trip) Hardly any communication before and after trip. The flight was terrible Flying back to Florida they didn't have anything with our name on it!! Had to buy tickets right there at the airport to get home!!! tried to call and nothing...didn't get any money back!!! Never again.. reporting them to BBB

My experience with K2 Tickets and Dario was spectacular. He always was available to answer my questions and send me the boarding pass and confirmation immediately. The price we booked increased a bit but it was much better than the completion.

They cancelled my return flight the day after I arrived at my destination and they got my money back. I had to buy return flight tickets to get home on a moments notice. Needless to say it cost as much to get home as I could have bought round trip tickets elsewhere, they are crooked scamming SOB's. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Scam / Fraud! I booked my flight and never received any sort of confirmation. I reached out to the K2 Tickets and a rep reached out to me then explained that the price that I paid yesterday is no longer available. Jacked up the price a bit, ok... I asked that I get a confirmation immediately, because if not I need to make alternative arrangement, as I am going to see my sick father. Payment hit CC, no confirmation, when I tried to call K2 Tickets, my number was blocked. I also had reps phone#, VM only. No call back, no confirmation. I wrote 3 emails telling them to CANCEL the trip - still no response. The following day, I get a confirmation# from the airlines, but when I entered the confirm#, it quoted about $40 additional.... my CC company reversed the charges and I got a new CC card, just in case. Buyer beware - if it is to good... ??

they cancelled my flight and didnt tell me 3 days before my trip to mexico however they kept my money. cant reach anyone. fraud

The transaction didn't go thru still sitting on screen phone number don't work to call them

They have great tickets and process. My go to person is Spencer. He is always available for me whenever I need to book an urgent flight. Spencer gets me tickets cheaper than the price shown in the flight’s websites specifically any budget airlines. I travel quite frequently and hence Spencer is usually the person I ping before even checking flights on the website anymore, he has flexible timings, good service and can be reached out through text and call. Do check this out if you are a frequent traveler and definitely ask for Spencer!

I attempted to book a domestic round trip through K2 Tickets at the posted price and when I followed up with a call I was told the price was wrong and it is actually twice as high. I decided to go along with it and when I received notification via email, the Texas to Florida reservation changed to Puerto Rico to Boston. This was a complete disaster and when I called to confirm cancellation, the guy that answered was rude and dismissive. Stay completely away from K2 Tickets.

I booked my family of 6 airline tickets through k2tickets and when we arrived at the airport, they couldn't find our reservation. We called K2 and even though we had a confirmation, they said it didn't go through because after we confirmed, there was a glitch and the tickets were no longer available. We had paid $1200 round trip. They offered to rebook us flights on a different day for almost $4000. Not a solution in my opinion. We asked for a full refund and my husband booked directly through the airline for $1750 ONE WAY and $1200 home. We ended up spending way way more, almost having to cancel our whole trip, and spending like 6 hours in the airport with all 4 of our kids (8 yr, 5 yr, 3 yr and 1 yr... not fun..) than if i would have booked direct to begin with.
