We are sending money to the Philippines…
We are sending money to the Philippines every week. At first, Kabayan Remit was so fast and no hustle. This past couple of months my transaction always went to compliance, some issue with bank and whatnot. It a nuisance to always call and follow why the transfer was on hold every week.

Kabayan uses Metrobank ...bEWARE
Kabayan uses metrobank which is Ok most of the time but then suddenly they will withhol;d a transaction for verification but then just sit on it for many days and do nothing. The only way out it to demand a refund. When a remittance is urgent this is not helpful to say the least

My experience with Kabayan Remit is great. I had been sending money to relative with medical reason. Last Oct. 16 I tried to send money to my cousin didn’t realize her name have Maria in the beginning and no H on her second name. After I knew the problem I phone their customer service and right away they fix it and my cousin got the money on time for her medication . They have helpful and knowledgeable customer service rep.
