Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 76 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people found products to be of poor quality, describing them as flimsy, cheap, and uncomfortable, with issues like broken zippers or ill-fitting insoles. Customers frequently reported sizing problems, noting shoes were often too small or incorrectly fitted, rendering them unusable. The return and refund process was a major source of frustration; people struggled to get return slips or faced demands to pay expensive international shipping fees to China, often exceeding the product's value. Reviewers also mentioned difficulties receiving full refunds, with the company frequently offering only partial amounts. Conversely, a small portion of people found the footwear comfortable and beneficial. Some reported significant improvements in pain and mobility, describing certain shoes as amazing or acceptable.

Same issues as the other reviewers

Same issues as the other reviewers. Waited weeks and when they were finally delivered yesterday, did not even come close to fitting my feet. Crappy workmanship and they gave off a noxious chemical oder that was so bad, I had to put them into the garage. I contacted customer service about returning / refunding and actually heard back quickly; however, they offered a $5 refund (on a $75 order) plus 20% off on another pair. Total BS...just another CCP company ripping off customers...I feel like a dolt. Oh well, live and learn. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Not worth the bother

Almost not worth the bother, given the reviews here. Wish i knew about trustpilot before ordering! Same experience here. Crappy fake shoes, glued together, not handstitched as advertised. The shoe strap broke as they were being put on for the first time. According to them, this made them "used" and ineligible for a return. After 14 emails back and forth, they agreed to a 10$ refund on 50$ shoes. I highly doubt i will ever see that 10$.

Much like everyone else here

Much like everyone else here, I had a horrible experience with this company. If I could give them a minus 100 I would. Wanted to return everything because it didn't look like what was on their website, they only would give me a small credit $5.00 and a discount for more purchases and made me take pictures of everything. Kaegreel is a rip off so don't buy anything from them.

The good news, I paid with PayPal and they refunded all of my money ($185.00) so kudos to PayPal! I was very pleased with how PayPal handled everything.

If you don't want to be disappointed... don't order from this company.
Go to a shoe store and try on before buying shoes.

Scam - Don't buy!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Complete scam here, ordered shoes, never received them and now they won't answer me to provide a refund. Don't waste your money. This company should be prosecuted.

If Zero Stars was an option-NEVER AGAIN!

Well I have to say this company should not be allowed to do business in the U.S. As I read other reviews, something I should have done before ordering, I am not alone. I received 2 pairs of shoes that looked like something I could have gotten at Payless but for 1/2 the price and at least 50% better quality. They were cheap and appeared to be glued at the soles. To return them, at my expense to China would probably have been cheaper than to buy them but I will never use Kaegreel again, and shame on Facebook for not vetting the companies that advertise and sell on its site. I guess it is their right but I have done business with at least 5 companies advertised on Facebook and this is the 1st time I actually received a product that I didn't cancel due to incredibly long ship times. I think they are all based in China. If I could give 0 stars I would, terrible company, products are pieces of sh**.

WOW I WISH I HAD SEEN THIS THREAD BEFORE

WOW. I wish I had seen this before ordering. I (finally) received my sandals and they SMELLED like old tires. Not just a whiff but reeked and were unwearable.

Their customer service offered a $3 refund (on a $50 item) and then suggested I take a photo to show the damage.

I have filed a resolution with PayPal but we'll see how that goes. Going to share my experience in every social channel I can. Just so awful.

If I could give ZERO stars would

If I could give ZERO stars would. Website is VERY deceiving!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!! These shoes are shipped from China…to return them we had to pay shipping $$$$ AND they would give us $8.00 back… no typo here!!! $8.00!!! I guess that is what it costs to make them. With so many shoe companies with GREAT customer service…DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! VERY FRUSTRATING TO DEAL WITH!! They obviously do not stand behind their product!!!

Worst Customer Service I Have ever experienced.

I agree with everyone else on here. I bought a pair of shoes around Christmas time knowing that I was moving to Portugal in mid February. They said that I could expect mey shoes in 10 days to 2 weeks. When they hadn't shipped in early February, I sent the customer service department 3 emails to either ship them to my new Portugal address or give me a refund. Everytime, I would get back a Robo response. They finally shipped the shoes but to my old address in the USA and after when I wrote them to tell them that they are the most incompetent company I have dealt with in my life, they then bragged that they delivered my shoes. The IRS is easier to deal with. Now I am dealing with the fact that they send me daily emails with promotions. Everyday, I hit "unsubscribe" and they still send them. If I had a choice of going barefoot or buy a pair of their shoes, I would go barefoot. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

After contacting them to tell them that I want to unsubscribe, I received this email right away. At least I know that someone is reading the emails:
"You're the f****ing cockroaches.(They used the full word) This is your first email. Idiot." March 31, 2024

Complete SCAM

Complete SCAM . . . placed an order on FEB 27, 2024. Received "tracking information" on MAR 14. As of MAR 29, the trackingy continues to show "Item waiting to be picked up by carrier" as it did on MAR 14. The company's info leads consumers to believe they are located in the US, but they are in China. Wish I had checked here first. Paid by PayPal, and am now demanding a refund.

PayPal Process to Get Your Refund Explained

Note to other buyers using kaegreel.com. once I saw there was no tracking info after two weeks I realized there may be a scam. Fortunately I used PayPal for the purchase. This was wiser than giving them my cc info directly. I didn't bother to try to email them directly. Instead I contacted PayPal. They then forwarded my message to the company. Of course they responded with a Chinese company tracking number. I knew this was probably a delay tactic, so I chose to escalate the the matter to a case. This is the step you need to tak in order to get a refund via PayPal. (case escalation) Now I wait to get the case resolved which should result in a full refund.

If you didn't use PayPal and paid directly using your cc, it maybe harder to get your money refunded. Don't hesitate to call the custom service number on the back of your card to get the process started. Unfortunately, the cc company will also tell you to contact the seller, but you might receive a "provisional" courtesy refund while the whole process plays out.

SCAM....BE CAREFUL.

I would give them NO stars if I could. I ordered in early December and as of last week had not received them (8 weeks + since order). Fully paid for. So last week, via Kaegreel website, I wrote customer service to cancel. Never heard back. TODAY (2/26) I get notice my order is on its way. I told them in initial email last week I wanted to cancel and a refund.
SCAM....BE CAREFUL.

Total Scam!

Total Scam!! I order some boots from them around Christmas 2023 for my wife and myself and as of 2/22/24 I still have not received them. When I recently received an update status email from them I clicked on the tracking link in the email and my virus scanner showed the link to be harmful. This company is dangerous to do business with. Spread the word.

I have been waiting for a shipment over…

I have been waiting for a shipment over 90 days. I asked for a refund, with the same response that everyone else got. Still nothing, who do I contact for this scam? I was thinking the attorney general's office. Any suggestions? I have contacting the Attorney General's office. Also, i have continued to contact the company as I did receive a shipment finally that needs returning. The product is highly questionable as for quality. They have not sent me a place to return the shoes to. This is an incredible scam and I would stay away from this company. I would give them a zero if I could.

WASTE OF MONEY CONSIDERING YOU GET NOTHING FOR IT.

I paid for 2 pairs of shoes on Jan 22.2024. I never received them and I can not get in touch with the company. They won't answer my e-mails and as far as I can tell they don't have a phone number to call. It has now been 4 weeks and they took the money out of my account right away. At this point I just want my money back. But I can't get a hold of anyone to even do that. So frustrated!
