Unfortunately I didn’t do my research before making a shoe purchase from this outfit. Immediately after placing the order I realized I messed up so I attempted to cancel the order and have credit applied to my card. There is no contact phone number for customer service, only an email. Beginning the day of the purchase and each day since I’ve sent emails to the customer service email address, with no response. Seems like my stupidity cost me $52.

Took about 3 weeks to receive our shoes. Order confirmation stated company address as Michigan; shipping label said Illinois. Actual location (according to tracking) is China. No responses to emails. I read the complaints about Kaegreel after I placed our order, so I opened a complaint with PayPal. They actually tracked the package for me so Kaegreel had to send the shoes or refund my money. Pretty sure I saw the boots I paid $44 for on Temu for $8...

I ordered two pair of Men's shoes over a month ago and have not received anything..after reading your reviews I guess I will chalk this up as a lost...second time this has happen..if I had known it was coming from China...would not have ordered...stay away from this site.

Order some shoes a month ago. Sent an email asking when would I be receiving my order. They replied that due to shipping issues their orders are running late.
If I knew they were coming from china I would never have ordered them.
Won’t refund the purchase.
Looks like China put it to us again.
Next time I’ll read the reviews on the website before I buy anything.

I would rate lower if I could! I ordered these boots over a month ago and THEY ARE STILL IN CHINA. Exactly why I try to not order from Chinese companies. They hid it very well. I have tried to reach out and always get some BS form response. Do NOT order from here!!! Frustration ALL AROUND!!!

This company are fraudsters. Their sizing is way off. Customers that order their typical size get a shoe that is at least 2 sizes too small. When I attempted to return them, they pointed to their return policy stating that shipping for ordering the wrong size is bore by the customer. The problem is that they ship their products from China. Further, I didn’t order the wrong size. I ordered my correct size in every shoe. When I sent them a picture of an UGG size 9 boot compared to their “size 10” boot, their boot is clearly much much smaller. They proclaim their sizing is correct and that I have to pay to send it back. And they had the audacity of trying to give me a “discount” to purchase a new pair. Do NOT order from them.

More Chinese scammers. I ordered 30+ days ago, so I emailed support....after a week they sent me a tracking number which shows NO package has been picked up. They will not refund, nor cancel my order....they are still blaming the pandemic for slow shipment, but it never left. I urge you to save yourself the headaches and buy something else. This is the most blatant scam I've run into online. RUN from Kaegreel.

These are CHINA do not buy from them they lie and will not answer your emails or return anything they will give you $5.00 and you keep them

Ordered size 44, way tooo small, could not even get my foot in. Would maybe fit a child.
Contacted them, they offered a $4 discount if I gbought more but no refund.
They refuse to give a refund.
Most online reviews say the same, they have their sizing completely wrong and refuse refunds
