I used to buy from Kahwati every year and never had any issues with them. I replaced an order more than a month ago and still no delivery to date. No customer service, there's no contact details on their website and I tried to send them an email but it was undelivered. Never again!
Clear scammers. I placed an order in December & to date no delivery has been made. Despite multiple emails there has been no response. Please do not make purchases from this company!
I think it is a scam company because there is no telephone number on their website, emails bounce back as undelivered and the online enquiry for produces error!! I cannot be 100% sure that it is a scam company so apologies if it is not a scam company. Thanks
If you want to wait 6 weeks for your order to arrive, and to only get a response from customer services after trying to arrange a charge back through your bank when you’ve already been waiting a month for your delivery, then this is the coffee shop for you.
I have now received my coffee after a bit of a delay in sending. I must say I am very impressed with the nice packaging and also the great quality of the coffee. It tastes just like I had in Saudi. Will be purchasing again!

I wish I could give a review of the coffee but unfortunatly it was never delivered. I emailed and managed to leave a message in their answer phone once but no replies.
