Avoid at all costs, have not responded to any emails requesting a exchange/refund the sizing is not accurate on the website - terrible customer service save your money & go elsewhere.

I returned my ring for a refund, and have not heard from the company since. They have not replied to several emails and instagram messages asking about the whereabouts of my refund.

My ring arrived with a missing stone, I’ve been chasing for an exchange or refund for weeks and had no replies. I’m so disappointed!!

Avoid Kaiva London — terrible service

I’m really disappointed with Kaiva London. My second order was never delivered, and they didn’t respond to any of my emails until I left a negative review. After that, they promised to cancel and refund my order — but since then, they’ve ignored all my messages again.

At this point, I can’t recommend this shop at all. Save your money and avoid the hassle. My experience has felt completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Returned the ring as it was not as expected. Luckily, I returned signed for nextday. I emailed the company as it had been longer than 14 days, and they had still not refunded me. No response... So I messaged them on Instagram, and they replied saying it must have been lost in the warehouse. So still no refund. I contacted my bank, which refunded me. They then have the cheek to dispute my refund. Huns, you have the ring back, and you didn't give me my money?? I would avoid this company if you want a quality ring or your money back if you have any issues.

Horrible service! i wanted to exchange my ring because it was two sizes too small and i heard nothing back! and now the 14 day exchange window has passed. After such poor service the company has some audacity asking me to review!

Order at the end of May before holiday and received my ring just in time as the normal shipping was thankfully quick! The ring was nice but was just a bit too tight so I decided to return for a refund since I was imminently leaving on holiday and would have no time for an exchange. They took awhile to give me their returns address which I eventually found on my own and I posted it the day before I went abroad. I paid for tracked shipping so I KNOW they received it because it was signed for and I chased it up after about a week and was told all returns are processed within 2 weeks and once processed I will receive an email from them. Over 2 weeks went by, I returned from holiday and chased this up to say I STILL had heard nothing and it had been more than 2 weeks. They asked for my tracking number to try and find where it was and I was told they would be in the workshop the next day and would personally track this and speed this along for me. The next day came and went and still I heard nothing. I responded to their email asking for an update with no reply. Several days later I sent a new email to them chasing this up and STILL no reply and no refund. I had to do a chargeback with my bank as I was out £76 for nothing and had already returned the ring to them, which thank GOD I had tracked so I had proof to support my claim. DO NOT ORDER IF THERE IS ANY SLIGHT CHANCE YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN THE RING!!!!!

BEWARE! I wanted to process a refund but absolute radio silence. What kind of customer service is this?? Can someone reply to my email??

Absolutely terrible customer service. Item arrived damaged. Multiple emails sent, never received a response to a complaint.

Absolutely horrible customer support. After I returned my order they claimed it was damaged and they can’t offer me refund , but did offer store credit. I said I would like to see the photos of the damaged and claim with the courier company if that happened as item was sent fully insured . They took nearly 3 weeks to provide me photos and that’s also after my constant reminders. And hey just stopped answering altogether. I feel wronged and robes of my money. I also logged complaint to this business with consumers rights support group.

Bought Harmony of Dawn ring & Celestial Sovereign necklace. Loved the pieces! Very original and can be worn anywhere and everywhere. They have a very nice shine to them which makes their value for money great. Packaging was elegant and useful, i will be keeping the box to store jewellery in it. Highly recommended, already eyeing out the earcuffs so will definitely purchase again.

I recently bought earrings and ear cuffs from Kaia in London after seeing them on Insta. The order took a bit long to arrive but the quality seems great and the style is really unique, its sometimes hard to tell from the photos but the earrings look really good on. It’s become my favourite piece to wear lately, I almost wear them everywhere. Also, I’ve got to shout out their social media page, I absolutely love it! It's filled with style inspo and really speaks to me. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
