Avoid!

I really wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing from this site — what a mistake.

The ring I received is too big and, in all honesty, looks cheap and poorly made. It’s nowhere near the quality I expected based on the listing.

I’ve emailed twice requesting the returns address so I can send it back, but I’ve had no response at all. The complete lack of customer service is extremely frustrating.

It honestly feels like a scam — sending out low-quality jewellery and then ignoring refund requests so customers are left stuck with items that aren’t worth the price.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service.

Got 2 rings delivered which aren’t cheap. Rings are actually beautiful but far too small considering it’s the size of my real rings!

8 days later and no response to multiple emails or instagram messages for a refund, and looks like a common problem with all the reviews.

Either the owner can’t keep up with everything or is just incompetent or trying to run a small business. The rings don’t even go past my knuckle to even try to wear it!

Don’t buy from here unless yous absolutely certain you don’t need a refund.

Never arrived

I can’t comment on the standard of the jewellery as mine hasn’t come. Have messaged on multiple platforms and been ignored. Thankfully I used klarna so have flagged it with them in the hope I will get the first payment back once they’ve investigated it

Awful customer service

I ordered a ring from Kaiva London in November 2025 which arrived quickly. I was not happy with the item and so I made 4 attempts via email to request a refund as instructed to do so by their website however I still to this day have no response. I then contacted them on instagram on 5 December to which I received a response with instructions on how to send the item back from someone called Annie. I returned the item on 11 December 2025 and have further reached out on instagram 3 times over the span of 2 weeks and received no response, with 0 sign of my refund. Buyer beware, I would not purchase from this company again.

Beautiful

One of the most stunning pieces of jewellery I’ve ever received. I needed to change the size and received exemplary service that is hard to find these days. I will definitely buy more from Kaiva as they offer excellent quality and service to their customers.

Disappointing purchase and experience.

I am deeply disappointed with Kaiva London’s handling of my recent purchase (#13245). I placed the order on August 31st 2025, and within just one week of wear, the stone on the ring fell out, signalling clear indication of a manufacturing or setting defect.

I requested a refund on September 9th 2025. A team member replied saying stones are set securely and go through 4 stages of checks before being sent out and suggested that as this ring has a shared prong setting, I had knocked the ring on the palm side causing the stone to come loose and to try again with a half eternity style next time.

I find this very offensive to suggest I had knocked the ring. Typically when you buy a new piece of jewellery, you are aware of it and are even more careful to avoid damaging it. Especially in the first week of use.

They then went on to write that a refund will not be given, and I could instead have a store credit. No offer of a replacement ring either. I have since sent 2 follow-up emails requesting for a refund, which remain unanswered. It's now October, yet the issue remains unresolved and I have a ring with a hole in it after purchasing with good intentions.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am fully entitled to a refund or replacement ring because the fault manifested so quickly, within 1 week of use. The law protects consumers, stating that goods must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, with faults within six months presumed to have existed at the time of sale unless proven otherwise. The defect occurring within just one week of use clearly falls within this protection.

Kaiva’s refusal to accept responsibility, relying solely on CCTV footage that the ring left their workshop intact, does not negate the possibility of a latent manufacturing defect. Their dismissive, blameful approach and refusal to give me my money back or repair/replace the ring is unacceptable.

The original ring was purchased in a sale and If I wanted to buy a replacement piece with the store credit, I would have to pay the difference in price out of pocket. I think this so-called jeweller knows this and continues to offer credit instead of sending out a replacement in lieu of a refund.

I urge Kaiva London to honor its legal obligations and provide a full refund or replacement promptly. The continued lack of response after multiple attempts to engage is both disappointing and unprofessional.

Be careful with this so-called jeweller, they aren't supportive nor selling professionally and abiding by consumer laws.
