I originally was having trouble with this site. the functions weren't being very cooperative with what I was trying to accomplish... So I reached out to the support team and they responded very quickly and referred me to their on call staff on discord.. When I tell you the team went ABOVE AND BEYOND on my project. Belka with assistance from Xydose literally went ahead and helped create the product with me step by step. It turned out INCREDIBLE. Best AI animation site out there! EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly staff!!

Good responsive customer service. Keep in mind they have business hours. I purchased a subscription without realizing it had annual renewal. I have since stopped using their service. It was a good little time and enjoyable. However I forgot about it. Random charge came but swiftly refunded through support. Amy company/brand gets a good rating from me that's willing to understand, communicate, and work with you.

I checked out Kaiber a while back and loved the services they provided. Unfortunately the project I was using Kaiber for ended and I didn't need their services anymore. I didn't realize that I was on a yearly renewal and I was charged again. I told them my situation and they immediately refunded my money and canceled my yearly renewal. They were so good to work with that I will look for new projects to use them for. Definitely appreciate when companies do right by the customer. It's too rare nowadays. Thanks Kaiber!

Patrick from support was very helpful when I needed refund my forgotten uncanceled subscribtion, because my project was already done. I will be coming back for another project for sure. Kaiber has some issues when it comes to mouth movement being distorted, when vocalist is singing, but overall I find Kaiber being the best video to AI video maker (picture to video also). Interface is very user friendly and it is easy to use for everyone. If you put enough time and effort into your work, the results can be really satisfying. Kaiber support is helpful, feel free to ask them whatever you need to know.

They charge you $15 for a bunch of credits that obscure the reality of their overly expensive $5/minute at low scale. You want to upscale it to 4k get ready to dish out more money. Yes ladies and gentlemen these people are selling you a $15 monthly memberships that can't even do what features it says it supports. Imagine buying a year up front and burning it all on 1 music video. These people are crooks cashing in on the AI hype.
