Great product, Great Support, and friendly staffs.

Purchased a smart digital multimeter KM601 two years ago and it has been great, better than other famous brands in the market. But somehow had trouble with it.

Contacted the support team via live chat asking for some advice and the experience was great. Prompt responses, friendly, and very knowledgeable. After analysing the short videos about the issues, they decided to send me a replacement product which was arrived within a week.

Great support for their great products, highly recommended.

The proprietary battery will become a problem in time. The resolution is comparable to my Fluke 77 made in 1988. The DC charge port is an oddball. The test leads with the unit are a foot shorter than typical and have no optional or replacement tips. The display is a waste of space and serves no true purpose for its size as only a portion of it is required. The zipper shell case, although not very special, is a welcomed thing and should come with every multimeter. The size of the meter is medium to small, on the compact side of things. It weighs 231 grams about the same as a Pixel 6 cellphone and similar size. It is easy to use and read. The tone/beep does not have an adjustable level. I bought this on a whim and could do without it. Overall it is a good multimeter but its price and features do not fit the current market. The KM602 should have hit the market 4 or 5 years ago at today's price point to make a splash. It should be retailing way less than $50 USD to cause any sensation in the market. Overall it is a good meter for an average person working in a dark cave without an LED flashlight.
