I have been looking at thermal cameras for a while, waiting for the right image quality and price combo for hobby use. I ordered one based off a reviewer I trust, not knowing the brand. They delivered very quickly, provide a 3 year guarantee and the device looks well built. Packaging was good as well. I'll buy from them again.

After 1 year of use, my device showed power and charging problems.
After several exchanges of emails with the after-sales service including videos of the malfunction and various tests to identify the cause.
A new device was sent to me.
I recommend the seriousness of this brand!

I purchased a self levelling laser level from them. It was totally out of calibration.
I emailed them on numerous occasions and each time they asked for proof that the ground was flat (For a self levelling device??) and a video of it being out of calibration.
This was sent 4 times and each time I also sent it by file transfer. The files were never downloaded.
They claim to give a three year warranty.
The last time I sent them the files was over two weeks ago and they have stopped replying to me .
Beware. They do not honour their warranty and will do nothing to help except repeatedly ask for video evidence.

In response to their answer of 1st July 2024.
I have sent the information to service-at-kaiweets.com 12 times and twice by file transfer.

They are not replacing the unit!

I have sent 31 emails regarding this problem. I have sent videos and information 16 times and four times by file transfer programme.
Each time they reply with a request for the nature of the fault and video evidence.
I have sent the information to service-at-kaiweets.com and to support-at-kaiweets.com and an email address, kaiweetsglobal-at-163.com which they provided.
My first email to them was on 30th April 2024 and they have done nothing but repeatedly request the same information every time I send them videos and the nature of the fault.

I don't know what I did but somehow I made my meter quit working. I contacted customer service and they requested a video of what it was (not) doing. Once they reviewed the video I had a replacement meter within a week.

Good product, 10 days delivery time (this is OK).

Received order in timely manner and replied quickly to emails.

I ordered the wrong test device. The company was accommodating and exchanged the device I wanted. Very friendly email. The company was always available and the processing (exchange) took place without any problems in just 14 days. Because of these great KM601s I gave away my old devices. The device saves me having to use other measuring devices. A really great invention. Above all, the management (support) is very customer friendly. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you again.

For those who may concern, I have several meters Kaiweets, and Fluke.
And Kaiweets better for me, more advanced, better design, accurate, much cheaper.
Recommending to all electrician I know.

This is a great company, with great products that are well worth a look. From Infrared Camera equipment to digital Multi-meters and clamp meters; some of which are auto ranging. Soldering, hand tools & cable strippers. My recent purchase was a set of Test Leads and believe me it contains everything you would want for testing with a meter.

Great web site, very easy to navigate.
Delivery was very fast, only 8 days from China to Canada. I've used both Ali express and Bang-Good, it can take as long as 2 months for delivery.
Very pleased with the KM601 metre, seems to be well made and sturdy. I tried a few test and it passed. Looking forward to using it.

This will be a mixed one
I ordered a soldering iron from Kaiweets because I have seen very good reviews of the items from Kaiweets and decided to give it a try.

I got an email from the company to let me know the item was actually out of stock and I was asked if I wanted a refund or if I would wait for the item to be restocked and shipped.

I chose the latter.

The item was shipped and I got excited when I saw the update saying it had arrived in Ireland.
Well, excitement became disappointment when I learned that Fastway would deliver the parcel.
For non Irish buyers, Fastway has made a name for themselves as a very bad courier company.

The parcel is shown as delivered but nowhere to be seen and the driver managed to write my surname wrong and used a squiggle as a signature.

Small update:
According to FastWay, the package was not delivered but left in "a safe location"
So safe they won;t even tell me where it is.

Wrote both Kaiweets and FastWay and waiting for Kaiweets to let me know the next course of action as I am out almost 70€.

For those in Ireland, remember, that FastWay will be the courier if you buy from Kaiweets.

I wish I could review the soldering iron but.... I never got it but payed and was charged for one.

You should have a distribution center in USA for items. Waiting for small parts (fuses) to be delivered from China is frustrating. Had I known shipping was from overseas, I would not have ordered.
