This is the second multi meter I have bought from KAIWEETS (the other was a clamp meter) after extensive research/Youtube reviews and again I am not disappointed. it is almost perfect for my use. comes in at a great price (as did the clamp meter) and with the little use I have had with it so far I am very pleased with it. my one slight frustration is the Multimeter defaults to DC it would be good if it could be set to stay on ac or dc but that is a small issue. I think in hindsight it is aimed more at the motor trade? but overall I am super impressed with it for the money it cost. my other small issue was the tracking/delivery when i bought the clamp meter it was with me in a few days. this time it took quite a long time and the tracking was vague to say the least but overall i can't fault KAIWEETS for customer service/quality products. I will definitely be buying more from you.

This is partially my fault. Site design makes it easy to order the wrong parts. I clicked through on the fuse that was on the same page as the DMM I have, assuming it's the right fuse selected, e.g, you need to open the thing up to know what size it is physically. Turns out it's not the right fuse. The fuse was more expensive and slower to deliver than AMZ would have been. E.G I used them so I would get the right part.

Ordered over 17 days ago. The shop claims 5-7 business days for delivery to Europe. All I got was a broken tracking link with a page that is only Chinese until I figured out by trial & error what button changed the language. Then, the tracking page only told me it's an unknown carrier. Now, instead of a proper status update I get this mail asking me to evaluate the experience. I saved around 20 € compared to Amazon, but had I ordered from there I would at least very likely already have the product and useful communication about my order.

Update: I had written to the company at the same time as filing this review and they got back to me yesterday that my package will arrive by plane from China next week since the Europe shipping center was out of stock. However, shortly after that I finally got a tracking mail from the shipping company that contradicted that statement, since it indicated that it had been shipped weeks ago. Later on the same day, I also received the package itself. Make of the dubious communication what you will - I did get my product in the end, albeit 9 days later than the maximum indicated delivery time.

The vendor contacted me with an apology and offered to refund a part of the product price, which I think was a good compensation. Updated the rating.

The quality of the equipment is ok, the cables feel very comfortable. The included bag feels stiff enough to protect the team from some drops.

You will have no problem taking measurements with it, it is very comfortable and easy to use. In the manual you will be able to answer almost all your questions. Overall I think it's the best equipment you can buy price-wise. I am very happy with the purchase.
