Transfer of telephone system
Paul was so incredibly helpful from our initial meeting to completion of the installment of our new phone system.

Paul was very informative, giving sound advice and complete transparency. He gave us a very good deal with our telephone system as we are also using his services for our electricity - which has also saved us a significant amount on our annual usage.
He came to site pre prepared and the installation went very well, he took the time to speak to everyone and explained the app features to every member of staff. Nothing is an issue for Paul, he will happily answer any questions or tweak the system to suit.
In all, i believe Kaizen will thrive as Paul is very transparent and will not rip you off for the sake of making a large profit margin. So Paul thank you for saving our company money!

Kaizen were very helpful in getting our telecoms system switched over. They helped us pick a system to suit our business needs, and were proactive in getting everything ready for switch over smoothly for us. They also dealt with our queries in a prompt and supportive manner.

New Phone System
We changed our phone systems a while ago. Paul explained what we needed effectively installed it himself and we have not had any issues since the switch. Being a busy little office it has taken some time to get round to doing the review, so apologies.

Paul Certainly Had The Magic Touch
We had been waiting several weeks for a phone system / broadband installation for a new office, which was due to be opening in September 2023. As weeks seemed to pass, we didn't appear to be having much success with our existing provider, until it was suggested to us by a third party to speak with Paul. What began as an impromptu chat with Paul, enabled us to be up and running within two weeks of first approaching him. Paul provided us with several options in a clear and concise manner which we were able to understand and in our opinion Paul went above and beyond. Not only did Paul allow us to open our new branch almost immediately, he has also upgraded what was a very antiquated telecoms system in an existing office, without any disruption. We highly recommend Paul to anyone considering a new installation or updating a current system.

Kaizen Visit
Paul popped in to our office and offered his services. I sent all of the info to Paul and he came back and said the current supplier had very good rates and suggested we stay with them for the time being.
It's not often you come across such honesty and transparency. Because of that, we will contact Paul when our contract ends with our current supplier.

Call Kaizen 01st
Paul's advice was extremely helpful, he ran through his preferred platform which we found extremely intuitive and easy to use, he ran through our options and the procedure of switching providers.
24 hours later as promised we received a comprehensive proposal thoroughly explaining the costing/procedure and listing the platforms that was being used, which was fully flexible with a significant saving in running cost.
Although we have not yet switched providers once, we are at a point to switch we will be engaging Kaizen to look after our telecoms.
We would advise any business owner to look at Kaizen Direct first before any other provider.
