The Best Customer Service!

This was all new to me when I started. I reached out to Kajabi when I had questions. They responded right away, every time! I feel so much more confident in using the platform because of all of their help and positive feedback! I've never had customer service like this and I feel so pampered!

Ai is like dealing with a politician

Ai is like dealing with a politician, you never get a straight answer. I find it REALLY difficult to get clear answers for narrow targeted questions for Kajabi. A human could probably answer me in under a minute, but I have hours trying to figure out by issue. It would even be fine to learn - "You cannot do that" rather than wallow about.
