Thank you very much for your wonderful review of our unique vitamin E formulas. We firmly believe that tocotrienols offer significantly more health benefits than tocopherols. Other brands choose to use tocopherols as vitamin E because it is a cheaper ingredient. However, this compromises the quality of the product and, consequently, the intended health benefits. Additionally, you need to consume much more tocopherols to achieve the desired health effect. It's unfortunate because, in the end, opting for a cheaper option proves to be more expensive, as customers go through their supplements more quickly.
Recent scientific literature further highlights the advantages of tocotrienols for health, and we are fully committed to this approach.

As a guideline, the maintenance dosage for OptiMSM powder is 3 grams. For optimal effects, between 4 and 8 grams are recommended. The time to achieve optimal effects varies from person to person. Some may need 4 grams, while others may require 8 grams.
Gradually increase supplementation and maintain the dosage for at least two weeks to observe when it provides the desired results for you.
