Never received tracking info for some reason
For some reason I never received any tracking information they could have sent it but I never received it in my email the item took long to arrive and the way the item was shipped in a plastic bag the item was shoved into the mailbox which is not good when you're shipping a hat or baseball cap without protection it could get bent or compressed out of shape possibly or damaged they are contacted me to let me know that the item was shipped through a message and when it would arrive I did appreciate them keeping me informed after they were notified I didn't receive any tracking information on the item at this point I have no complaints that was my only concern about shipping the baseball caps or hats being shipped

Very poorly designed web page
Very poorly designed web page. Size chart is deceptive, if not confusing. I ordered a woman’s size 8 and they sent a size 11. Of course they refused to correct the mistake and/or accept a return. They write their return policy so that it is always “the customer’s fault” and there is no way you will ever get your money back or the correct product! Reading some of these reviews, I guess I am just one of thousands of customers who got duped and ripped off! Beware!

I ordered 3 pair of "crocs" for my softball playing granddaughters from kalliegear last year. Although they weren't authentic crocs as advertised, they were cute. They didn't last long so I reordered 2 more pair this year. I ordered size 8 just like last year and they sent them size 11's. Way too big. When I reached out to exchange them, they refused to do so. They said their size charts have changed. Well there was no warning of the size chart change and their refund policy states that they will refund or exchange any products. I reached out to their customer service many times and they still refused. Please do not buy from them. They do not stand behind their products or honor their refund policy.

I’ve always been treated well by this company. I’ve purchased from them 3 times and have had access to thei customer service if need be. They communicate with me if they I need something. Refused to do an exchange
Ordered a shoe in the size we thought would be appropriate based on the sizing chart. Shoe seemed way too big so tried to exchange it. No dice! Kallie Gear rep said "your order was customized for you only and we can not get it back to sell to others." As if no one else anywhere in the world will ever order the same product in my (entirely normal) size. It's a ridiculous proposition. Given the nature of online shopping, what kind of online company doesn't offer exchanges in this day and age? Huge thumbs down.

Fantastic quality gifts with a difference
I ordered 2 phone cases and a canvas bag all personalised and I have to say the quality is amazing the colours are so vibrant and so much better than I expected the items were well packed and arrived in perfect condition I would certainly recommend to friends. The only slight snag was the courier marked my parcel as delivered when they hadn't actually delivered it,a fact beyond the senders control, but a superb customer
service sorted things out in no time.
