I have ordered 3 or 4 items from Kalligear now and I am always blown away by the final product. Ive had some minor hiccups with a couple orders but their customer service is probably the best in the business and they resolved all issues fast and to my satisfaction. This year, 2023, I ordered the low cut customizable shoes. The product was absolutely amazing. I am so happy with it and cant wait to give as a gift. I highly recommend this company.

an error occurred when I was ordering online short version my order was doubled on my confirmation email i hit reply an told them what happened was a very short time later I received an email confirming that one item was cancelled and a credit issued for it was very impressed a big thank you this day and age such service doesn't happen will definitely be ordering again

I have not received my order or despatch date but the money has been taken from my bank account on the 18th of October two weeks after the order was placed telling me payment failed so where is it not received

I ordered the Darts hat. Picture looks like high quality hat with actual stitching, its printed. Color on website is way more vibrant than what it actually is. Horrible quality for 29.95 USD - waste of money. Also shipped in a plastic bag so the hat was all bent out of shape when it arrived. Would have been nothing to complain about if it wasn't price as a premium hat, worth about 3 dollars.

I ordered a personalised darts zip up hoodie from Finland. It arrived very quickly and was way better quality than I had actually expected which was a lovely surprise! Lovely thick material and fur lined too. The price was extremely reasonable for such a good quality product too. Very satisfied customer and will definitely order from the company again.

I’m dissatisfied because of the resending the item!!! I ordered a cell phone cover, and however I did put wrong apt number, but I had to wait 2 months before kalliegear received the item back to reship.The problem is Kalliegear wants to me pay more shipping, however, I was ok with that, but when I went to pay the $8 for extra shipping, it added 5.99 more, so Kalliegear offered 10% off. Still leads to paying $13 for reshipping… Kalliegear just keep the item and my $30, I will never order again, and I will keep writing bad reviews😡😡😡😡

I had a personalised mob phone cover made. It arrived quickly, it was exactly what I ordered & fitted my phone perfectly. J was delighted with it & would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Wish I could give 0 stars,waited a month they spelled it wrong,but I would have to wait another month to have it fixed.said they would refund,charged my card AGAIN before I got refund,absolutely sucks!!!!

Well as I mentioned in FB. When you order from new vendor and pay you often think will I receive the merchandise or just get robbed. Well I was very happy when I received my purchased and it was so beautiful, just as I had requested. Thank you so much, I will look forward to making other purchases. Thank you though my dog was a Mutt, when I looked at the phone cover I felt as if I was looking at Shuvee, the ears were just like Shuvee. In your business you will always get, great reviews and always expect awful and hurtful ones but, I am a fussy buyer. And this purchase was picture perfect. Thank you, I had a cat too so I might just get a cover to change once in a while to a cat.

Excellent products. Love there designs. I've ordered a couple of there cups and had 8 of my dogs put on there. So cute is all i can say. They hold the cold really well also. I have put ice in them and in the morning there is still ice in the cup. Very easy to place orders with them.
