The crocs were only in player design. I mentioned that I would definitely buy a pair if it was in goalie design. The company contacted me and told me if I sent a picture of what I wanted they would make them! I sent a picture and they made the crocs special for me! They are absolutely a great company to work with! The crocs are perfect! Their customer service is great!

They did a nice job with my clogs personalized exactly as I asked with pictures of my five pets. The clogs arrived in a timely manner also. Would order from them again.

The phone case is lovely but don't waste your money like I have!!😡😡 very expensive, it took so many attempts to order the case as the system kept crashing and as a result the case I ordered was missed somewhere along the way and a random phone case (one I've never heard of" was sent. I requested a replacement or full refund to which I am basically told it's my problem!!

Ordered size 9 and a size 12 crocs came.. I emailed them and they emailed me back and tried to convince me that a size 12 is a size 9..🤣 but if I want to order a smaller size they will give me 30% off and I can wait another month and a half! Don’t waste your time on this company! U guys coulda had a great customer but instead of emailing me back and fixing your mistake! They lost out on a lot of business they coulda had from me and my friends!Good luck! Advice to everyone! Buy from a legit company and don’t take chances!
Please check EU sizes and you can see that a size 45 is not a size 9 it’s a 11.5 men’s… just because you made a chart to show that size 45 eu is size 9 … that is incorrect you can’t just make up
Sizes! Again size 9 is a size 9 and eu is a 42.5 u can’t just make up sizes!

I ordered a cap with names of my pets . The tracking was detailed and accurate. The item arrived when expected. It is great quality and looks fabulous. Customer services also great as they answered queries quickly and efficiently.

Took 17 days to get. Which was expected coming from china. Great quality of material. Was everything I wanted. Only complaint I would have is that it was to big and didn’t fit well over the head rest so I had to make small adjustments to put my head rest over the seat cover.

I had an add from Live Love Life pop up on my Facebook and seen really nice hats that I thought would go for my pool team. I ordered 5 hats, asked to have our names and put on them and our bar name on the side and they did everything I wanted and got them to me in a real timely fashion. Thank you guys so much 💓

This was the first time ordering from Kalliegear and was a little leary about doing so. But I was glad I did. It takes longer to receive your order(s) because of their place of production and shipping. But well worth the wait. What you see on their site is exact. And that is what you get, even the personalization is correct. Products are great and when you get them they look great in person. Definitely would order again. Highly recommend them.

I ordered a pair of croc’s for a friend that had her dog pictures on them. I was really nervous handing out my personal information to a new company. She has yet to receive them and I ordered them on April 13.2023. I really hope I didn’t get scammed, because I am out $45.00 . And also was blocked from getting back into the website. I’m not a very happy customer right now. My friend finally got her gift it arrived today

I ordered a custom made cap in a blue steel color. I was supposed to have Capt Noel on it. He is a friend of mine. I received a Cammo Capt Tim hat which I have no use for. I put a complaint in and was promised a response within 48 hours. The initail complaint went in on April 28th. They gave me a tracking number and promised a maximum 48 hour response. I sent a number of emails after that including pictures of what I got. They have not responded. I have bought a number of other products from them without issue. I won't buy anymore at this point!

I have been leary of ordering anything from advertisements on Facebook. I must say this was the best experience ever. I ordered the prple tumbler with 3 dogs personalized, and I was and still am a very very happy customer. I will be ordering 2 more tumblers in the next week. If I could rate no stars I would. I ordered something a month ago, got a few updates. When I tried to track my order it took me to the website. At site tried to login and it blocked me. DO NOT ORDER from them. I guess I am out $90. Total scam!
