I ordered in February and I've yet to receive any product or any responses. I have emailed over 35 times and I've only received replies stating that they were still making my order, and mind you this reply was 2 months after I ordered it. The second reply was to tell me that I was getting 20% back of a refund for how long it was taking. And yet I have not received any product or my money back completely. There's also been no response from the multiple people I have tried to contact. This company is a scam.

Scam I placed ann order feb 21 2024 and have not recieved despite promises to sent it I have not recieved anything. It is a scam. They promise to send and do not. Even lie about expedited shipping.

Placed my order February 21st. Never received my order. Got a email saying I would receive a 50% refund, never received a refund or any product. Been four months since I placed my order! I will never place a order again with this company.

Ordered March 6, contacted company for follow up - still nothing. It's June 24th.

Rate 0, I ordered my drops on February 23, 2025 and have not received them. I followed up several rimes and was assured twice that it was being processed, once they said a 20% discount would apply due to delay. It is now June 16 and I have not received the drops. I requested a refund in mid May, and have not received it either. Very disappointed.

I never received my order. Back in early March 2025 I made my 1st order. I reached out after 6 weeks and again at 8 weeks. Both times a representative said my order was in the mail. It's now mid-June and still no order received. Don't buy from this company you'll just get ripped off. They'll take your money and nothing else.

I ordered KALM drops in February and still haven’t received them. It seems the company is just a scam.
