I strongly recommend you avoid buying from this company.
I ordered an item and was surprised by the expensive shipping cost so tried to call them within 1 minute of my order going through.
I then was unable to make contact and had to go through their annoying bot.
When I asked for information about their terms and conditions their bot assumed I wanted to cancel so it cancelled and then I received a part refund of $3.55 for an order of $18.95.
I raised my concerns by email and bluntly told 'no full refund as per their terms" That was it, no name, contact nothing! Not even a dear customer or my name.
They obviously didn't even read my email about what happened as I didn't want to cancel if I lost the majority of what I paid .
I tried to explain the issue about their bot as I tried to get it to give me information on terms and conditions not cancel my order !!
They will not provide a full refund plus I have no item.
Their reply was also very unprofessional and ill never use this theiving company again.
Just be aware before you use them.
Never again from me that's for sure
Shame I have to give them 1 star!
Will escalate to my bank based on principle as how many other customers have they stole from ??
