Avoid this company if you don’t want to be screamed at in the street.
This company have several locations, shop and what looks like storage area dotted across 2 streets. Subsequently their vans are parked all over the roads. Today, I turned down the street where their storage area is. There was a road closed sign, however this had been there weeks and applies to a road I wasn’t intending on driving down, so I thought I’d be fine. However I was met in the middle of the road by a screaming women and a kaos van. The women talking with the van driver and looked like staff. She started screaming abuse at me for turning down the road, and was encouraged by the kaos men to continue shouting at me in the street.
To be completely clear, I in no way inconvenienced them, nor were they blocked in or held up. If anything I inconvenienced myself by then turning round.
I have no idea what prompted the abuse.
Driving back down the road I then encountered the rest of the laughing jeering kaos men.
If this is how a women is treated by the kaos team outside the shop, I can’t say it encourages anyone to go in.
Genuinely frightening experience

Great experience with this mattress shop. The staff helped me choose the right mattress and even delivered it for free the next day because it didn’t fit in my car. They arrived exactly on time as promised.
The mattress was well protected, perfectly clean, white, and looked brand new. It’s very comfortable to sleep on.
Honest guys with great service. I will definitely be back to choose a double divan mattress for myself. This one was for my daughter — a single mattress at a great price and worth every penny. Thank you Guys !

Wow, I’m seriously impressed! Ordered a bed today late morning and within two hours it was delivered and assembled love supporting a local independent store and the staff were really helpful. Won’t go anywhere else now. Thanks so much, great customer service is so rare I just had to write a review!

Amazing service in store . went out of their way to arrange a delivery to accomadate my busy work schedule . The delivery guys were amazing . very polite and assembled the beds . Thank you so much

I am surprised this company has only a score of 3.8 on Trustpilot. They deserve much more than that. I have taken delivery of 2 beds 2 mattresses and 3 headboards today and the service by the delivery guys was impeccable. They assemble the beds for you;all done in a very friendly and ‘can do’ manner. The service we received in the shop, when we visited to place our order, was equally as good. The owner was very helpful and friendly, as was the rest of his team. In my view this is a local , friendly and professional business that is very good at what they do. Rare nowadays . One final comment. I have not been asked by anyone at this company to write this review.

Initially I received good service from this local business. However, on the advice of the staff I paid a premium price for a divan base, only for it to break within 10 months. I have been told by staff that the damage was deliberate. I stated several times, this is not possible and explained why. Staff have refused to listen to me and still insist this is deliberate damage. The staff member who came to my house to inspect the bed spoke to me in a condescending manner and quite frankly was not customer focused at all. Everything was fine when taking my money, but absolutely no help when things went wrong. I would not recommend this shop.

Amazing from start to finish you won't get better. The staff are so pleasant go above and beyond ( yes helpful people still exist and Kaos have at least 3 of them )

Excellent local company, we ordered two ottoman beds, they arrrived early, brilliant communication and were assembled by the delivery guys who took all the packaging away with them. Thanks so much great service 😀.

I can't recommend these people enough: hard working, polite, helpful ... and masses of stock at excellent prices.
Did you know you can buy a rolled-up mattress that comes in an impossibly small box? Fits in the back seat of the car, which was ideal for us at the weekend! Take it home, unwrap it and it expands to a full mattress (yes, springs, not foam). Just don't try to roll it up again...
A refreshing change from the overpriced, snooty-staffed local showrooms run by accountants. Give them a try: they're a welcome alternative to the superstores.

I RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM HERE
I needed a new mattress. I went here as a local company. I tried the bed in the shop and it felt extremely comfortable, it cost £750. It was delivered promptly and efficiently.

However, my nights sleep was terrible. It did not matter which side I slept on my body lent to the middle. In the end I went and slept on the settee.

I contacted the company the next day and they flatly refused to do an exchange or refund.

I cannot afford to buy an alternative mattress and left with one I cannot sleep on.
