Good!
Ordered glasses and a carafe. Shipped within 2 days and was very well packaged! The quality seems very good too.

I am so disappointed.
How can a company with fabulous products which are not cheap have such a poor customer service. The delivery is/was delayed, but no update and no response to my e-mails. I just tried to phone them but after waiting for 15 minutes the line was disconnected and I was informed that the customer service desk was closed (should be open for another 2 hours). Ridiculous.
Update:
I made a mistake I guess as the review concerned Kare NL and not Kare GmbH. I found out yesterday that Kare NL has been declared bankrupt. That explains the whole situation.
