I'm still waiting for my deposit on my house I handed the keys in on the 14th day of the month and on the 22 day of the month I phoned Beth Ellis and she was very unprofessional towards me I wouldn't recommend them as estate agents and property letting agents advertising rental property with pictures which were at least 10 years old planting shrubs in the front and back garden knowingly years down the line they will be too big for the garden asking landlords permission to cut large shrubs down or conifers and saying no even at least 5 were cut down previously finding small faults cooker cleaned £100

Karl Tatler was amazing - I dealt personally with Melvyn Hamid who is based in Prenton. He was amazing, so professional and would always be in constant contact updating us with where they were up too, and our house was sold within a week of being on the market!! Would definitely recommend!

Karl Tatler begged me to let them sell my house ,and promised they would get me over £700k after a year of reductions we accepted a byer at £638k the couple pulled out.
Within 24hrs my ex wife was advised to reduce it 25k , they then told my ex wife selling it for £615k was a good deal !! Feeling ripped off is an understatement, stay clear they lie to get your business!!

As we are moving back to the UK from Greece we found a property through Karl Tatler. It was quite a challenge but Emmie Hughes in the Lettings HQ has been an absolute star. So hard working, helpful and patient. Thank you Emmie for all your help!

I worked with Sarah on our recent purchase of a property through Karl Tatler - there were a few challenges along the way as the solicitors raised questions and Sarah was there every step of the way, liaising with the vendor and my self to ensure that extra level of communication that you need in a purchase sometimes - thank you :)

Very efficient, proactive. I have experience of other agents and KT are the best - from start to completion. Excellent knowledge, Very friendly and helpful staff always. Kerry at KT was excellent throughout. Totally recommend.

Brilliant service from Karl Tatler. We put a property on the market at just about the worst time in the middle of December. Karl Tatler did a great job of the pictures/description and then proceeded to proactively phone around 200 matching clients. Viewings were generated even just before Christmas! I dealt with the Moreton branch and Clemmie Robertson was my dedicated sales advisor, she was exceptional, she has a real positive 'zeal' about her. She kept me well informed by phone and email and we have just agreed an offer. Highly recommend.

Not recommended, lack of customer service & communication, don't waste your time with them they wasted our 8 months. Really disappointed and stressed.

Could not have had a better experience. A big thanks to Sarah Graham our sales progressor. She kept us up to date on how things were moving along. Buying a new home is stressful and thanks to Sarah she helped make things a lot more stress free.

We decided to sell our property with Karl Tatler (Little Sutton) in October this year, initially they came out and provided a valuation etc which was all fine. We decided to proceed and listed our property for sale with them, this is when issues began to arise.

The initial listing was really poor with poor photos, incorrect property information and spelling mistakes throughout the listing. We asked to retake some internal photos which they did within 3 days, during this appointment I pointed out listing errors which were corrected. When asked to retake external photos they advised me they're too busy but would be in contact in the week when they can take them, 10 days later I had to initiate contact and ask them again to come and retake the photos. We received a request to view a couple of days later, after getting the property ready to view no one turned up. I contacted Karl Tatler to chase the viewer and it transpired they had booked the viewing on the wrong day, this resulted in loss of interest and a potential sale with no explanation or apology offered and they dodged the question every time I asked for an explanation. After consulting another estate agent I was advised this would have massively affected interest in the sale of the property because most interest is generated within the first 14 days and would need completely relisting. This was mentioned to Karl Tatler who's solution was a premium right move listing which wouldn't make a difference to interest. Communication has been poor throughout with contact only initiated when I have contact them. We have now given them notice to remove the listing and my phone hasn't stopped ringing with calls from them since. Incompetence is ripe, avoid if you actually want to sell.

Very good experience with Karl Tatler for the last 9 years renting a property. All queries and issues dealt with efficiently and promptly. Thank you Calum for your help in looking for new premises over last weeks. Appreciated.

I have recently tried to sell a proper with Karl Tatler (Prenton)
And have years of experience selling my properties and never come across a company who live on there passed success as much as Karl Tatler.
They were the most expensive over 1k more than the nearest competitor.
I had seven viewing of which one was a no show however KT kept it on their figures as a viewing, They attended two of the viewing and were late to both.
The EPC cert I believed was covered in the price however they informed me it was an extra charge and they had put an extra £40 on the price. (Please beware you can sort your own EPC cert. On line for around £50. This is what I did.
The house took 9 months before falling through when asking them for updates or information we received little to none, being told constantly there was just one more form for the buyer to sign. I believe they have forgot who they work for.
Extremely disappointed and would put anyone I know off going through this experience.

Overall i was pleased with my experience. At the start i was given a realistic sales price which was achieved in good time. The staff were always friendly and efficient. My only reservation would be down to communication issues. Often i did not get replies to messages i had left. When i raised this with Sue ( manageress ) she assured me that i could always contact her directly. She was true to her word so a big plus and a thank you for that.

I sold my house with Karl Tatler. This was under the support, guidance, and overall positivity of Pippa at the Wallasey branch. She was open, honest, helpful and really great at guiding me through what is , at times, a difficult, stressful process.
I felt that she was always on my side and strove to achieve the best outcome for me and the sale of my property. Calls were always returned in a timely manner, questions answered with both honesty and integrity.
Both Pippa and Karl Tatler are highly recommended.

If you get Sarah Graham as your sales progressor you've struck gold.Buying a house in Wallasey was quite stressful due to delays on sellers side but Sarah was so helpful and proactive, kept us informed at every stage and gave useful advice.

Avoid these if you have a property to rent.the lady that deals with the lettings is basically a liar and will swear black is white.even when the facts are presented. We own a few buy to let properties and certainly wont be adding more with these guys.Theres way better letting agents than these charlatans.

Disgusting customer service. Run by a very small and pointlessly angry man. I’d recommend using literally any other estate agents
