Mark has replaced all carpets with LVT in my flat. His work and the way the floor looks exceeded my expectations. The new flooring has been installed to the highest standard. We have received a very good advice from Mark prior to the work being carried out. Mark is thoughtful and a good communicator. We strongly recommend Karma Flooring.

The preparation and installation were nothing short of impeccable. So we've just had our hall and cloakroom carpeting replaced with LVT flooring that was supplied and fitted by Mark from Karma flooring.

We've had a herringbone pattern flooring laid by Mark and we are very impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail (which seems very important with these patterns).

Good company to have around whilst he is completing the work.

Mark at Karma Flooring has been my saviour with solving my flooring problem after I moved home and came up against a challenge with an old wooden floor not working well for my house cats. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark in terms of problem solving and after thinking through the options based on his in-depth knowledge of flooring solutions, we came up with a Plan C which Mark implemented quickly and efficiently. He helped move my sofa too as I couldn’t do this on my own in advance. He also worked around my crazy house cats without any fuss! Thank you so much! Highly recommended. Mark was extremely helpful and provided us with plenty of support selecting the carpet. He fitted in around our schedule and managed to get the carpet fitted in the 24 hours before we moved in to our new house. On top of that he even removed a built in wardrobe that would have otherwise prevented him from carpeting the whole room and which we wanted gone. He was hard working, friendly and made sure he completed the job to the highest standard.

Job was perfect and excellent customer service skills, I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs flooring as he will provide you a solution.

I can't recommend Mark highly enough, he was organised, knowledgeable and flexible with a superb attention to detail and great communication. Above all and most importantly, he did a wonderful job on our open plan kitchen floor at a reasonable price. I won't hesitate to call Mark when we are ready to do the next job.

Mark completed a mixture of carpet and hard flooring throughout our extension project including leveling the floor. Coming multiple times throughout the project. At every stage he provided clear and accurate updates and gave his honest option on what would work if our ideas were not going to work. Honestly the best tradesman ever used could not rate highly enough all his reviews show the standard of work, number is firmly saved for anyone that asks me for recommendations. is a shame i cant share the pictures of the process and finished work... Before contacting Karma Flooring we were having issues where the chipboard floor in our newly converted garage was squeaking and bowing in places when walked on. We were keen to have a new floor fitted but knew this needed to be solved first. Mark arrived promptly and is clearly enthusiastic about what he does. Mark had a few solutions to the problem and also educated us on the types of flooring that we might want to consider to avoid any future issues. The conversation never felt rushed and his passion for flooring really showed. Mark works efficiently and to a high standard. We were very happy with result and would definitely recommend Karma flooring.
