Vicky is patient! She goes along with ideas and the advantage of not being too far from the showroom means that I can get samples, bring them home, test the effect and if I am not happy, I take the samples back and get new ones!

Top rate service - as good as it gets
Friendly, knowledgeable and professional assistance, answers to all our questions, excellent range of floorings laid out, nothing too much trouble, adequate samples to see in situ at home, easy parking - and very nice coffee.
Worth travelling to Evesham for possibly the best place in the country for choosing Karndean. No pressure, buy where you wish.

The samples we sent for were very helpful and we have now chosen which type and colour flooring we're going to have when we have our bathroom refurbishment in the summer. The samples arrived very quickly and came with return packaging for us to send them back.

Very quick despatch of samples
I ordered 4 sample pieces of Karndean Van Gogh LVT, and they arrived only 4 days later.
Also included was a bag and postal label to return them later. They think of everything, well done !

Great space with all the designs in one place
Great space with many designs on the floor of the showroom. We are only just starting our journey but Vicky was very helpful and we left with a number of full size samples which are amazingly helpful.
Being able to see all the products in one place and come away with a hard copy brochure as well, which I believe is just so much better than seeing things on line, made everything just so much easier.
I’d recommend anyone who can visit the showroom.

Veronika was so so helpful

Our Karndean experience
We were given a warm welcome at the desk when entering the showroon. After explaining what we were looking for we were taken through to view the many floor samples with an introduction to what would be suitable for our needs. Armed with the given form and pen to make a note of any floor samples that were of interest and a most welcome hot drink we started our search. Eventually after a leisurely no rush search of the floor samples six were selected. Moving to another display table we were looked after by Kaitlin who went through our selection one at a time showing each floor panel with information about each. At the end we were given samples of three floor patterns to bring home to look at in the appropriate rooms. Another sample which was not available at the showroom is being posted out to us. The team at Karndean have been very friendly, helpful and informative. Thank you Kaitlin for your patience and help, always polite and professional.

Excellent advice and help from Kaitlin
Excellent advice and help from our design consultant Kaitlin who really helped us narrow down our selection to the flooring design, colour and finish. The herringbone and plank samples we were given look fantastic in our home and confirms we have made the correct choice. Really well worth the trip down to the showroom.

Very good experience
We visited the Karndean showroom located in Evesham after a recommendation but with an open mind, we were greeted at reception by Vicky Woods design consultant who immediately made us welcome, we were offered drinks and a basic talk on the the products available and how the showroom worked, she then left us for a while to browse at our leisure, eventually she returned and that was when the fun began, Vicky was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, we were shown different flooring laid at the showroom both downstairs and upstairs, we had all the samples we asked for without hesitation on the display table, eventually leaving with six samples to bring home with us, she even gave us a hand to load the samples into our car,
thanks very much Vicky we will be putting an order in, and highly recommend the Karndean showroom at Evesham and yourself.

Great Showroom Experience
We were greeted at the door and given a tour of product locations. We were then allowed to browse without interruption which was super! When we wanted further assistance there were plenty of people to help - we found Poppy who was great. She listened to what we were looking for, found the product samples and gave advice on how the product was fitted for the best effect. She also took the trouble to show us how to use your website to upload images of our bathroom and to superimpose the flooring we liked. Poppy also gave various leaflets offering advice in care for the product. Thank you Poppy, you made our visit a very pleasant experience…
