Top notch customer service and great product.

It’s not a bad chair but when it arrived from parcel force… there are crack on the armrest covers. The plastic is very cheap. Good thing was it was easy-ish to assemble. The arm rest is a little low even on the highest setting (I’m 5”2) got it on sale so not the worst but don’t think I’ll be going back. After sitting for a while gaming my butt was sore. Think it needs a little more padding for the tooshie.

Lots of useful information and detail on their chairs, competitive price, good communications and speedy delivery so a great company from my point of view.

Amazing chair worth the money, had a few issues. But was due to shipping company. Customer support got it sorted asap and was really helpful.

I'm very impressed with the Legend chair I purchased from Karnox. Feels very comfortable and is made with very good materials to a high standard imo.

This is my first dealings with Karnox and it will not be my last. They have been extremely helpful and polite with me. Thank you Karnox! 10/10

I wasnt sure about these gaming chairs as i never heard of the company until now i am glad i did have one of there products i have the fabric version im over the mood with it and would buy another its a well built chair and easy put together

After placing my order, the item was delivered within 36 hours. However it was damaged in transit. I contacted customer services who replied promptly and took swift action to resolve the issue. For that action alone I cannot fault Karnox. Was a pleasure dealing with them.

Purchased the Karnox legend last month, when it was delivered I couldn’t believe the quality of the chair, and especially at the price it is. Unfortunately the chair wasn’t suited to my frame, my own mistake for not checking prior to ordering. I contacted Karnox to let them know my concerns. Within the same day I was sent all the relevant information to return the chair for a full refund. As the price I was quoted for the return shipment seemed rather high, karnox even arranged a collection of the chair for a fraction of the price. The customer service the whole way through the process was in my opinion, unbeatable. I cannot recommend Karnox enough, great company to deal with.

I purchased the Karnox Hero last week from the company - it was shipped and arrived next day. Construction was extremely easy and the build quality is phenomenal. The only issue was a cracked side panel where the lean mechanism was.

I emailed the company to report the issue and they responded and sent out a replacement part within 24 hours, along with a gift pack to apologise for the inconvenience, which is top quality customer service.

I am 5'11" and weigh about 84kg so towards the top end of the recommended size for the chair. However, it is extremely comfortable to sit in and I like the snug fit - throughout the day working from home and then for evening gaming sessions it remains comfortable. The lumbar support cushion is great at reducing back strain and I have no problems sitting in this chair for extended periods of time.

I would (and have) thoroughly recommend the chair and company to my colleagues and friends, and would recommend them to anybody else.

I have the Karnox legend and I've never sat in a more comfortable gaming or office chair. It was packaged very well, secure and wrapped up for its protection. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, had it set up in no time.

Once set up I had my family taking it in turns to recline back and play around with all of the adjustments (4D armrests are wicked). We were surprised to find it could be adjusted so much it made it feel like it was made to fit us all individually. The wheels are strong/ durable and glide along nicely.

The materials, function and build quality are all spot on. I get annoyed with the wires I have trailing along the floor getting caught on the wheels but dont have a single bad word to say about the chair itself haha.

I've had the chair for around a year now and its still in perfect shape, no wear, scuffs or anything. I would highly recommend Karnox to anyone looking to get a premium gaming/office chair.

Honestly it is very difficult to choose a chair online as you cannot experience the touch and feel of it or comfort level but after have a good re-assuring chat with Karnox customer service team they offered me a return service if I did not like it so I thought why not...

First time buying from Karnox and honestly I am so impressed and glad I did.

Comfort: the longest I have spent is 12 hours in one day in this gaming chair and seriously not an issue. I usually suffer from lower back pains with other office chairs but I have not experienced this with this chair. You can recline, rock (lockable), adjust seat height, move the armrest in 4 different directions (very important to have your elbows and forearms supported at the right for typing). Absolutely everything I needed adjustment wise and not many chairs have this level of adjustment.

Appearance: Well, it looks like its out of a luxurious sports car. I love it. All my friends family members want one.

Build and quality: The chair is solid, built to last. The materials used are NOT cheap. The base and structure is metal, the wheels have bearings, the leather seems tough and hardwearing but with a soft feel. Stitching is perfect.

Price: You do get what you pay for in life and I have had a few cheap office chairs which did not last and were uncomfortable. For the quality, looks and comfort combined this is an absolute bargain. You get a lot for your money. Build quality, comfort, adjustability, lifetime warranty and the chair looks is just amazing.

Unboxing & Assembly: Simple instructions, comes with the tools required, took a total of 15 minutes. packaged really well.

Recommendations:
I have had a fair few office chairs recently and struggled to find a balance of comfort and adjustability, this met all my needs. Its extremely comfortable, looks brilliant, has so much adjustability and I would recommend this to everyone.

BUY IT, YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED.

Bought this for working from home due to suffering with back pain using a dining room chair. This has made such a difference, the supporting back and neck pillows are great. Love the design too! Would highly recommend.

Our Karnox gaming chair recently arrived for my teenage son. We assembled it quickly and easily and this chair is clearly very well made.
It is very comfortable as a chair and the gamer of the family is very taken with it. It can be adjusted very easily to accommodate an individual’s preferences.

I got a Karnox Legend gaming chair, and I couldn't be happier. I had a query about the included neck and lumbar supports, and they replied the same day. Delivery was fast, with tracking so I knew exactly when to expect it. The chair came well packaged, and it was easy to put together by myself.
