Normally size 4 in Karrimor walking boots fits perfectly however recently purchased the Summit ladies walking boots/shoes from Sports Direct and found them to be much smaller than normal.

My usual foot size is 3 but because Karrimor are a narrow fit their size 4 is a perfect for long walks, however I was astonished with the Summit being so small, my toes are touching the front of the boots, I would NEVER BE ABLE TO WALK FAR IN THEM MY FEET WOULD SWELL UP AND I'D BE CRIPPLED.

Unfortunately I lost my receipt so can't return them, wasted money, and I feel a fool for not trying them on before purchase but based on previous experience they have always be a perfect fit. What happened with the Summit Ladies boots??

I was sold the item for 59.99, sent to me in a box that had a sales price sticker on it for 29.99, tags were torn off but in the box. There is no way to contact a customer services representative, be it by phone, chat, or email. The shoe, compared to the exact same sandal I bought a while back, is shorter in length and wider in the width, the front part of the straps is much further away from the shoe bed than on the original pair. It looks and feels nothing like the original (apart from the colours). All in all, zero points for Karrimor, and I have had to pay 15 pounds for shipping and returns for the pleasure. Shall not be coming back to Karrimor in the future.

Very comfortable and have assisted in reducing my back issues

Been buying Karrimore Amazon sandals from this company for many years. The latest pair have been stripped down to the bare minimum and are no longer useable. All to the protective padding around the toe straps has been removed and as a result are very uncomfortable. Terrible.

Bought several pairs of shorts from the website which turned out to be the wrong size. There has then been no way at all to return them or communicate with Karrimor. They have an online form for returns which can’t find our order despite many tries on different days in case of glitches. I’ve also sent three contact forms to request support as the only form of communication available and had no response. We are now six weeks past ordering and well out of the returns window will still no communication. Not acceptable!!

I bought the same jacket over 15years ago which proves how good it is. Obviously over time my old jacket deteriorated so I am super excited to get this new one. Great fit and quality

Process to delivery good. Quality of goods OK. Unfortunately very limited choice, especially for women, and presume Karrimor goods are no longer in production which is a shame as the materials used were excellent for keeping cool!

I would not order anything from them again. I ordered some walking trousers. Cost- £74.98. When they arrive they actually had a price ticket on of £32.99.
I returned them (they so weren’t worth £70+) I had to pay for return postage. My refund was £69.99. Expensive mistake and far too much hassle for my liking.

Just purchased a pair of walking shoes from a local retailer...not the best looking boot on the planet, but when you're out walking and hiking who cares about looks?
I'm a pensioner, and have back and knee issues. Perfect for me!
A rocker style sole that alleviates pain, and ' pushes' me along..
For the price, and comfort I think they are brilliant.... Tried vivobarefoot and nature contact, they just make my issues worse..
And keen are far too heavy..

This company tried to send us a pair of shoes that apparently were lost in transit. They offered to send another pair but did not mention that the shoes were shipping from China and would incur duty and fees totaling half of the cost of the shoes themselves. They should have told us where the shoes were coming from.

Watch the prices! Ordered new boot laces from Karrimor. One lot charged at £2.99 but when they arrived the price on the product was clearly shown as £1.50. The other was charged at £3.99 but the price on the product was £2. Why should you pay double the price just because you order on line? A con - be aware!

Good product, decent price point. Took one star off for arriving a day later than it said it would.

I've had a pair of Karrimor walking shoes with Dynagrip soles for about 6 months.
They are very comfortable, but the tread on the left shoe has almost completely worn away whilst the right shoe has still plenty of tread.
I looked at the tread wear on my other shoes and the tread wear on the left and right looks fairly even so can only assume that the Dynagrip material quality is not consistent.
Doubt I will ever buy anymore Karrimor products due to their apparent lack of quality control.

I have had a pair of karrimor walking trainers previously and they were very comfortable and long lasting.
I have just recieved a new pair and they are as comfortable as the previous trainers. The service from this company is 5 star.

Very well made and are a true size only takes a short time to wear in, long lasting

Your delivery service did not deliver to my address..
