Ich bin sehr unzufrieden

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden. Nachdem ich 25,00€ für einen Handyaufladecode für Vodafone bezahlt hatte, habe ich zwar einen Code erhalten, bei dem Versuch die 25,00€ auch tatsächlich auf mein Handy aufzubuchen, bekam ich die Rückmeldung ,mein Code sei bereits eingelöst worden. Ich lebe allein und wüßte nicht, wer auf diesen Code Zugriff hätte haben sollen. Nachdem ich Karte.de kontaktiert habe, hieß es, ich möge mich an Vodafone wenden. Dort bekam ich die Auskunft die Seriennummerr zum Code sei falsch. Mein Geld müsse ich wohl abschreiben. Danach bekam ich noch die Aufforderung, Karte.de zu bewerten. Die Bewertung hat sich zunächst als nicht machbar erwiesen, weil die Links nicht funktioniert haben. Deshalb schreibe ich heute hier auf Trustpilot.
