The customer service was great

The customer service was great, I made a mistake in not checking my spam folder and missing the pickup of the poster I ordered. So it was sent back.

Once I had realised my mistake, I emailed kartkunst and within hours they had resent the order to me to a different address, completely free of charge. Will definitely be using them again
