Great games but the most annoying thing is they have changed withdrawal methods I used to use back to bank or Apple Pay got money in minutes No charge
Now they use Sepa it’s awful they charge when you withdraw
And it takes anything from a full 24 hours until days
So now we have to pay to deposit and to withdraw even though on sepa website says they don’t charge
They took £11 off 300 and 25 off 700
Also no neten games today no play and go
No hacksaw game providers only pragmatic as popular one
Over last year it’s all changed used to be so good
Not always winning wouldn’t expect to but I hate all new changes to withdrawals and providers

My withdrawal is taken far too long and they could really improve on their customer service.Each time I contact them it's always a different person and they just have no idea what is going on with my account so I have to explain everything all over again.
It's been 15 days since THEY SAY, they sent my money but there is still no sign of it.It's odd how that never respond to negative complaints.

I have finally received 1 of my wins.The fact that all the time I was told by you that it was not an error on your side and that you processed my payments correctly and that you need an up to date statement from me,then I receive an email saying the transaction has failed on YOUR side and that my money will be sent to me asap.Then I receive one of my wins and then you say to receive the other one I need to provide a latest bank statement.I told you over and over again that my statement does not get produced until the 26th.Never once did you take responsibility for the error and you blamed it in my bank.The level of customer service I received was poor to say the least.I has to explain myself over and over again you you lot.
Still waiting for my money and it's been nearly a month now.

Once again you are telling me stories which are not true.It has been over 5 days and still no money.What review have you actually looked at because ik still owed my money which I won fair and square.And also why are all the positive reviews at the top and the negative ones, about people not receiving their money and the poor customer service,you need to scroll down further for them??

I have still not received my money.I would say it is getting ridiculous but it is beyond that now.They just keep fobbing me off and nobody can tell me nothing.This is literally the worst customer service I have received in my life.

I have been waiting for 14 days for 3 separate withdrawals totalling 1.1k and keep being told every day to be patient , I haven’t heard from the casino since Tuesday and nothings been done, their asking for proof from my bank and my bank said it’s not my job to do as they already provided evidence as to why the payments were declined from their side. I just want my money

Still nothing in my account and not had a single email from Katanaspins to explain what’s going on and getting no where with live chat , they’re demanding me get proof that my bank declined payments even though that’s not my job. Can see a lot of people in the same boat as me so something is going on. I can also see they have replied to the positive reviews on trust pilot recently but can’t reply to the negative ones.

Thank you for your reply katana finally , I provided bank statements the very first day I told you I didnt recieve the money , what I was saying in the comment was that after I gave you statements you demanded further proof of why my bank declined the payments and I was told by several of your live chat agents that they couldn’t do nothing without this. I hope I get my winnings soon as I see a lot of other people have now recieved there’s I’m just hoping I get mine , your payment provider didn’t put down mandatory details on their payments as to why the payments were declinded by my bank. Hopefully this is all sorted out and I can take this review down and I can continue to use my money on your site ! Many thanks !

I’ve been waiting for a withdrawal since the 7th September everyday I’ve contacted them as normaly I received funds within 2 days . I’m getting fobbed off every time . Today they have told me oh it’s going to land in your bank today ( I don’t believe this for 1 minute) especially after reading the reviews on how long people have been waiting. I’ve used this site for a long time and never had any problems before. I’m really disappointed that this has happened. I will not put my money into this site again!

Still haven’t received my withdrawal was told I would receive 12th latest still no payment received
18th September! - there was a processing error on there side money was put back in my katana account and I withdrew again and money landed in my bank today so after a bit of a headache all is ok thanks

Poor Site the same as the last 4 reviews.At first the site paid with a few withdrawals no problem around 24/48 hours...Now im on day 7 nothing but wait 5 Banking days...Then it will be show bank statements like previous views...Not sure what there Customer service is doin as there seems to be alot of people in this situation...I will continue to try and receive my winnings and will update if get anyway...
Update after a few emails and bank statements sent my winnings have been returned to my Katanaspin account ive requested again to withdraw let's see if it hits my bank account.
UPDATE....After another 2 days still no funds into bank account then today I get accused of it going back into my account and gambling it away.....Er No I didn't...After further review oh no sorry you didnt...I know you've still holding it...Long story short still no funds waiting another 3 days and send bank statements etc for the second time for it to go back into my Casino account unsure what the next steps are if im honest...Very poor

Have finally received my winnings like another review minus a transaction fee which is a about 1% of the transaction...Maximum you can withdraw at a time is £800 in each transaction so you are losing about £1 in every £100....I swop it too a different bank account Monza which the money is getting paid to withdraw in 24hrs now...The Games are fair on this site you win some you lose some like most gambling sites...

Pretty much same experience as the last few reviews, I was lucky enough to put 3 seperate withdrawals in , not big money but decent amounts, roll on 9 days and still no funds in my account. Email after Email and still no further forward being resolved. I too had to send a bank statement in to prove these payments didn't reach me. They sent what looks like a withdrawal statement from a company called Hok luk sui Ltd. Looked up on Google and it's a company based in Cyprus . Not good reading, definitely avoid . Good to take your money but won't pay out
Update 18 days waiting now for my first withdrawal and still no funds arrived. I chased up with my bank and they found the withdrawals but because their provider hadn't filled in the withdrawal form correctly the payments got sent back . I provided the proof of this to katanaspin and now have been told I have to wait a further 5 days for funds to reach my playing account before having to start the withdrawal process again. So possibly another 10 days before complete. Hope this helps all who are in the same situation as me. Good luck ....UPDATE.. another 6 days on now still no funds in my account. 28 days tomorrow waiting.
UPDATE.....Finally been paid out on all 3 of my withdrawals, took nearly 6 weeks to resolve but got there eventually, hope you all get what you are owed .

Won a fair amount of money,and still waiting for the pay out.never had a problem with withdrawal before always paid out pretty quick.im now on day 7 with one withdrawal and day 6 with another I don’t no what is going on keep getting fobbed off not happy 😡 so my money was apparently declined and send back to my casino balance.
update its nearly 3k.ive send bank statements and now had to withdraw again.never normally have a problem but this is a joke,9 days in not including the weekend and now starting all over again.i just want what i have won.

Same review as previous two. I have played this site for months now with no issues. One large amount on 1st sept, normally receive withdrawals within 24 hrs. Contacted and told to wait 5 business days (plus one). So waited until today 9/1/25. Contacted on VIP chat to be told they want a full bank statement, and nothing else will do. This will not be produced by my bank until the 26th September!!! They will not do anything else to help as it’s a third party payment system??
Stupidly played with more money thinking withdrawal will go ahead, so now struggling to live for the month!

Update. After waiting I found an email in spam! I was unable to send a pdf statement until the end of the month. Proved this with screen shots of online banking chat. They agreed a mini statement would suffice! I had to travel to the bank to get a mini statement and send it through.
By the end of the day I found that most but not all of my missing funds had been put back to my account.
£100 is missing from my balance.
Despite this requested withdrawal last night, decided to try 3 smaller amounts. It’s now morning and previously this would have been in my account. It’s not there again. Pulling my hair out and really not sure how to tackle this if I’m told I have to wait another 5 business days before travelling to get proof again.
Never mind the missing £100.
Also would like to point out that I was asked for more info for this review, contact details included and heard nothing. No response on any of our poor reviews, yet newer positive ones have been addressed.
