Scammed, you will win bit then you cant withdraw your winnings. They asked for bank statements, photo ID, PDFs of individual deposits ,utility bills. They still wouldn't verify. Im now locked out of the site. Please do not risk it.

Played on this site for a good while, it was great, lots of decent wins at the beginning but they soon dried up and it was me just constantly depositing my hard earned cash for no return, and on top of that I should of been given my rate back cash back to use but for some reason it disappeared off the app, they say it’s under maintenance, went on chat to my VIP manager who was chatting to me and then just goes blank and doesn’t respond, if I was you I wouldn’t recommend this site something very dodgy about them STAY CLEAR if you want to keep your cash safe.

I play words with friends and whilst I was waiting for my friend to take their turn, the advert for this casino came up showing slot games and a match deposit bonus plus free spins so I thought I'd have a go with £10. I clicked on it and it took me to Google. I signed up then it said the minimum deposit was £20 so I deposited. It then said I had to verify my email to receive the bonus, despite clicking on 'Verify email' 4 times, they didn't send the email and it wasn't in my spam folder. I thought, I'll get my deposit back if I'm not getting the bonus so I went to withdraw, only to find that the minimum withdrawal was £100?!
Surely this against gambling regulations, you should be able to get your initial deposit back if you haven't used any of it, so I went onto the gambling commission website and it said they do have to let you have your deposit back, without the need to fulfill wagering requirements and they shouldn'tmake it difficult for you to get it back. I went onto the casino's chat and ended on there for over an hour, with the 2 different agents arguing with me, and one saying he'd manually add the bonus to my account despite me previously saying to him I don't want it, I just want my money back. They've now escalated it for review and I've had to email their customer services team. It's ridiculous, I haven't used any of the money I deposited, I just want it back! I'll wait to see what response I get before finishing this review.

After quite a few emails and going through the online verification and them closing my account, I finally got my initial deposit back.

They don’t have licensing or use any 3rd party disputes both of which are illegal. They try and say “but you’ve had a withdrawal so everything is fine” it’s illegal for any casino to not have a license.
They won’t honor promos but will say deposit £150 and we’ll give you a 20%, deposit £300 to get a bonus. Nothing for the everyday working man just trying to get you to deposit more and more money with ridiculous wagering. I’ve deposited tens of thousands and they are constantly lying about fake terms and trying to worm their way out of paying bonuses. You ask them for evidence or info “it’s all visible on the site” don’t actually help or direct you in anyway they only care about money.
“We’re sorry you deposited £200 in £50 and not the full £200 so we can’t give you the bonus” even though it only says “deposit £200” not “make a deposit of £200” like other promotions. Some dodgy definitely going on with their casino games, can only make a withdrawal if you earn over £100 on their site, that’s crazy, clearly they want you to lose it and deposit more. I sat and watch a blackjack table for 2 weeks every single day and it was 1 win for every 7 losses and this happened each and everyday, mathematically that’s not even possible and anyone who speaks about about them cheating gets blocked. They randomly choose to refuse you bonuses “at their discretion” “last time was an exception” they never stated it was an exception at the time though. You can ask for evidence and information and they will send you the repeated copied and pasted messages over and over again, ignoring your questions just to get you off the chat. Refuse to escalate or raise complaints and just ignore you, I’m a “VIP member” with over £25,000 deposited it takes me 5 hours to get through to someone on live chat to be ignoring and lied. I have multiple screenshots of their lies and gross misconduct. I even suggested receiving my money back as I was lied to to deposit it and they said “if we add this will you consider the matter closed” then pass me to another “vip agent” who kept saying “he didn’t mean that” “that was a mistake me meant something else” blah blah to get out of paying what they offered me to close the case. I have given you £25,000 to be treated with lies and misconduct is crazy, I will defer as many people as I can from this site because they will manipulate against you just for more money. Definitely something of a scam going on with this site it’s obvious from their repeated behaviour.
There are plenty of other reliable casinos out there

was told this was being passed to their legal team which has now resorted to them removing the “VIP chat service” and then telling me to contact their customer service team😂 literally pushing my “escalation” further down the line instead of making it more important, please do not use this site they cannot be trusted. They have no legal association like IBAS or anyone to verify/dispute money they owe customers. Do not use them under any circumstance, they can just steal your money and refuse to pay you with no way of fighting it. They clearly use no 3rd party for disputes because this is an illegal company that scams people. Again I have used this site for 2 years now depositing tens of thousand, I’m hoping others don’t fall under this disgrace of a situation.

Clearly acting illegally to steal money then close the account because “the terms and conditions says so” I have multiple instances where you didn’t even follow the “terms and conditions” laid out on your website. I’m sure I’ve shared with enough people to defer the use of your illegal scamming site.

Everything is fine but the major issues with withdrawal it's been 2 days still the withdrawal is not arrived in bank it might come but why late they don't wait while deposit but take time to withdrawal 🥴🥴

Do not use this casino site the will rob you they use a wallet called mapou wallet it takes your money from bank account and then doesn't add it to your casino account and your money has gone just like thst and you have to jump through hoops and you have to prove this by showing bank account even though its canceled at there end be very aware
