Ordered a sword it was exiting paid for it but when it arrived it wasent the sword I ordered contacted them straight away lost count of how many emails I sent with no response then out of the blue with email saying were sending you a new sword so pick one you want so I did now they cut off all communication I reported them I sent a letter wanting to get a refund recorded from address on website only to find out it’s a bogus address do not buy from them do yourself a favour forget getting anything from them

Ordered on the 7th of January and received it on the 27th. The sword is extremely well made and exactly as described. The only thing that let the whole thing down is i never received the tracking number but decided to give it some time to see if it arrives and it did. Overall im happy with the experience. Honestly the sword far exceeded my expectations

I paid for a sword and after 8 days I tried to contact them because no update to the order, no answer not even after 10 emails,

Ordered a sword delivery company said they would take to locker then they sent it back katana do not reply to e mails just take your money been over 4 weeks now don't buy off them

I've ordered 78cm long sword as it says in your dimensions of this sword and I've received a short 54cm sword instead. Emailed you a few times to return this sword to exchange for long one - nobody answering my emails. The short sword I've received is good but not what I've bought.
