Fast response and an advisory opinion suggested to me.

The sales and support teams were brilliant in helping me to transfer my hosting. They were friendly and responded quickly, and communication was clear and helpful. There is a good knowledge base of articles explaining how to do things. I'm so pleased that I switched my host, which I did for environmental reasons. There is also a scheme to 'switch credits' from the other big providers so you don't lose out financially.

Stunningly fast response to a support ticket that possibly would have been out of scope in the first instance. What made it even more outstanding is that this was during the recent global php vulnerability patch update requirements to bring security back up to standard, so I would have expected all teams at Krystal to be focused on that.

In addition, regular status updates on the dashboard about those patch rollouts... I just have to keep recommending Krystal!

Whenever there’s a problem, they respond quickly, communicate clearly and actually make you feel like someone is on it. The recent PHP/WooCommerce issue was a perfect example. They handled it, kept everything moving and gave constant updates, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier.
One of the biggest things for me is knowing there’s 24/7 emergency support if something serious happens. You’re never left wondering whether anyone is dealing with it.

Excellent experience since I transferred from another hosting company a year ago. The basic cPanel hosting service is more flexible and useful than many other companies - a deciding factor in my choice. Smooth migration with individual support. Excellent dashboard. Mainly just trouble free, but when support tickets were submitted, they were dealt with swiftly. I was impressed when a series of serious php vulnerabilities were identified on the same day, Krystal had them patched on my server by 8am, whereas, according to the BBC 95% of UK companies were still unpatched by 3.30pm.

Delighted to he hosted by a UK-based green company - cheaper too. They migrated my site over very quickly, successfully and civilly after I had messed it up: my advice would be to just ask them to do it for you (no extra cost involved). My site loads faster than when at the USA-based big name even without the supposed speed-enhancing extras I was paying for. Much recommended.

I've been using Krystal Hosting for over 3 years now and they have been absolutely brilliant all through. I've been with other specialist UK hosting service providers previously and it's been a mixed experience over the lifecycle with them. However, the service levels from Krystal have been consistently superior from the very start. I also like the fact that their site.pro website builder comes free of charge with their business package.
