I had an excellent experience with Brandon from Krystal

I had an excellent experience with Brandon at Krystal. I'd been struggling for over a week to get my website connected and couldn't work out what was causing the issue. Brandon quickly identified that the domain wasn't pointing to the hosting server and talked me through exactly what needed to be done.

He was patient, knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone without a technical background. Within minutes we had the issue resolved and my website was finally live.

Outstanding customer service and a real credit to the Krystal team. Thank you, Brandon!

Speedy response and assistance

Speedy response and assistance! 10/10! Big Saturday evening; the World Cup is on and I’m tinkering with my website and needed help. Daniel dealt with my issue swiftly and now that’s some techs stuff off my list, so I can catch the next game without any worries!

It doesn't get BETTER than this

Krystal Hosting has been my choice for years, but I'm compelled to write a review on my experience with them.

Customer Service is expeditious, legible, understandable (neutral accents), and advanced. I received assistance from Brandon who helped me restore my website, and Aaron Matcin who helped me fix database issues that I had with my plan. Not only were both agents prompt, but they were experienced about things that are extra to my plan and helped navigate me from a position of undue chaos.

Further to this, the billing process is exceptional and understanding -- without exposing too much. Krystal is reliable and my website hasn't been down once in 4+ years.

Krystal frequently rewards me with trials for different plans at no extra cost so I can see if the shoe fits better on the other foot, and grants me a premium concierge service that other companies should offer if they want to be taken remotely seriously.

I look forward to another 4 years. 🤩 Give yourselves a pat on the back.

I feel like a valued customer

I have used Krystal in the past for my previous business. Never had issues. When I started my new business years later, I made the mistake of hosting it with Ionos. With Ionos it's impossible to speak to someone in the UK and they don't value their customers. So I moved the lot back to Krystal and now I can speak and chat to UK people and feel like I matter as a customer. It might sound simple but I think it's important. Customer service is rare these days, unfortunately. Go Krystal!

Mark's amazing help!

Mark, helped me out today. Had 4 sites go down and we got them up again in minutes. We then had a mail migration to do and a domain migration. All done!

Simply one of the best hosts around - reliable and amazing support

Simply one of the best hosts around, not just for the performance but for their SUPPORT! Which is much more important than anything else. We've been hosting with Krystal for over 5 years now. No problems what so ever, but we once run accidentally a script that overwrote part of the CMS installation. Nothing worked, all our tech fixes didn't help. We've reached out to their support, and in less than two hours they've involved their full tech and admin team to debug. We got it all running smoothly and we were in constant communication throughout. They are a LIFE SAVER. Cannot recommend them more. A big thanks to Mark Gavin, Matthew Garner and Aaron Tokelove. Amazing team, amazing expertise, true heroes.

Been with Krystal for a few years and…

Been with Krystal for a few years and have two hosting packages with them. Unlike some providers, Krystal uses cPanel which makes administering the packages a doddle. Interactions with their Helpdesk are rare but when you do need them they are always helpful, take ownership of the problems and are friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

Amazing Customer Service

I recently migrated my website to Krystal and I can honestly say I wish I’d done this so much sooner. The hosting is fantastic value for money but my review pertains to the amazing customer service I’ve received on 2 occasions now. I’m a small business owner and not remotely tech savvy. Issue one … mailbox problems, Issue two … website crash. Neither issue the fault of Krystal and both enough to send you into a tail spin. Both times customer service responded instantly and resolved the problems within the hour … But more than that both Jack and Mark were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, both were methodical and kept going until we had a fix (neither problem was straight forward). Mark was especially patient with me today (I am a tech dinosaur). Both operators should be commended and I can’t recommend Krystal highly enough.

This was an excellent experience with…

This was a first rate experience with Krystal Hosting provided by the excellent Toni who was understanding of my age-related technological ignorance and took me through the process of activating emails on my smart phone to great success.
It is unusual to be helped by a real human these days and I compliment Krystal on this high class service.
