Amazing help.
Firstly I ordered the wrong size, after being advised to order two sizes. Stupidly I did not take the advice. Then had to send back and the sale was over. However a size 12 was found and it arrived so promptly. Ok we all hate the postage and return postage but ……
Size wise. Really I am a size 12 and in the future I will order a 12 or even a 10 never a 14. Body shapes may differ just like memories.

Beautifully designed dress
This is the first time I’ve ordered so being a size 12-14 and only 5ft 3ins, I took a chance and ordered a size 12S. Apart from being a little ‘snug’ around the chest, the fit is just right. It is a beautifully made dress but I have taken away one star as the join of one of the tiers has been sewn at the front and is quite noticeable. I would have thought the joins should have been sewn at the back. I have kept the dress because apart from that one flaw, it looks perfect.

Excellent quality
Very pleased with the quality of garments-long fitted summer coat and palazzo pants. I'm a size 10 in tops and 8-10 in trousers and size small fitted well in both. Trousers good quality linen, nice with pockets and lining. but very long-will need turned up/I'm 5'5.

Overrated and overpriced, Avoid
Very disappointed with the items I ordered. A blouse and trousers. The belt loops on the trousers were different widths the buttonhole not opened properly and tight. The blouse had an overlooked finish that was ragged. Cheaply made and fabric thin and poor quality. Had I visited a shop and seen the garments I never would have bought them yet I was charged for delivery (not refunded) and I could not locate the return slip online so had to pay special delivery which they did not refund either. I won't shop there again and if you understand anything about garment quality and construction, you won't either.
UPDATE re KB response which I cannot reply to!
Odd you cannot find me as I dealt with your Arabella on or around 28th Jan correspondence included order number etc!
