Very shady business
They remove negative reviews and leave only positive reviews. Their outlet site does not allow returns. Love their products but this is scummy practice. Their stuff is too expensive to have a final sale, no return policy. Kinda ironic when their physical outlet stores accept returns.

Disappointing quality and incorrect warranty handling
I purchased a Kate Spade bag five months ago (physical store) and the coating started peeling along the zipper. Shortly after, the bottom of the bag also began peeling. This is consistent with delamination, not wear and tear.
Despite EU consumer law and the presumption of conformity within the first six months, my warranty claim was dismissed without any technical explanation or evidence. Very disappointing for a premium brand.

Excellent service
Order placed and delivered within 3 days. Spoke to someone in customer services as I had a problem with the order going through. He was nothing but professional and explained everything fully and that there was no issue. The bag is of lovely quality and complemented my outfit.

There is always delays in delivery
There is always delays in delivery. I have been waiting now for around one month my order. The address provided to the post is not accurate (while mine is exact on the site). I have been following the matter with the Customer Service but no positive result till now. I am still without my order.

Surprised by the quality and delivery service

Omg cheap shoes
Omg. I ordered Kate Spade shoes to wear on the beach in Punta Cana! First time I wore them they tore up the top of my feet. I have two gashes and it’s been a week and the top of my feet are still is raw. Beware!
