Fabulous quality, beautiful designs

Bought 2 handbags and a purse on line. Such an easy website to use. Bags arrived quite quickly with tracking. They are excellent quality and fabulous designs. I will definitely repurchase from here.

Shopping online on the Kate Spade EU website is a nightmare. I received only part of my order 1 month later, and the system doesn't allow me to make any returns, and no one answers my emails. Ear rings bought for a birthday present. After 4 days of wear the holes got sore and started bleeding not what I expect from an expensive item

Kate Spade, McArthur Glen, Ashford

We visited the McArthur Glen, store in Ashford, on the 5th April 2026, and we was greeted warmly by the staff, and in particular ALICIA. she was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She help guide us too the best bag, for my wife's needs. We decided on and purchased a Spade Flower handbag.
The service, care and understanding, were exceptional.

Very disappointed in Kate Spade…

Very disappointed with Kate Spade’s customer service team. I ordered a parcel on the 29th of March and had to chase them to get it sent out for shipping! Now they’ve made me go around in circles with DPD when they didn’t send me the code/QR code to pickup the parcel. I called DPD only for them to tell me no agents from Kate Spade contacted them yet three agents told me that they had, just disgusting to lie like that. Never shopping from here ever again and I’ll make sure to tell people about my experience

There was a mark on the bag

There was a mark on the bag, which I only noticed once I had taken all the packaging and labels off. Very disappointed.

Refuses to refund my money

Having bought a bag from this company when it arrived unfortunately it wasn’t what I was looking for so I decided to return it. The item was duly returned and showed as being received back by the seller
However no refund has so far been issued and despite contacting customer service on 3 occasions I have not received any response other than a vague “they are looking into it “ I am at my wits end how to get my money back from this appalling company who have effectively stolen it .

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. I have called customer care in Australia several times, I was told on 02/03/26 that the courier has my item and I will receive a shipping update soon. But my item was never shipped in the window advised. Now 7 working days later it says back ordered when it was in stock when payment was made? Been waiting ages to get on a call with customer care and no answer. I don’t even get email updates and never received a confirmation email. I have to track it on the website manually. It’s shameful for a supposed luxury brand. Never again.

Bad customer support

I reached out to their customer support via WhatsApp as they couldn’t process my order through the website Customer support didn’t react. Tried to contact them multiple times. Seems they don’t need my money. It’s a shame because I would have loved to make a purchase.
