Kaup24 has a very wide range of products and it’s usually easy to find what you’re looking for at competitive prices. However, my experience with delivery has not been the best. Shipping times were unclear and the delivery process felt unreliable, with delays and poor communication.

Nice store, a lot of goods availabe at lower prices than others. Sometimes there can be a bit delay with the delivery, but thats on rare occasions.

Wide selection of goods, items fully match the description, and everything arrived on time. Delivery was quick and exactly as announced.

I ordered a couple of items that had been pending for a few months and were just rejected. Never trust this service.

I ordered two scales. One of them came without a battery which was not specified on the website. The other one was just the wrong scale. I ordered a 200g / 0.01g accuracy scale and got a 1000g/0.1g scale that doesn't even turn on!

Like it much. Fast shipping, good prices. I use Kaup24 just 5 or more years.

Order was cancelled after 1 week without any explanation. My question can not be answered, every day they send e-mail, confirming they are working with my question. Ridiculous.
Ordered same goods from alternative e store and received in 3 days.

Everything going smoothly without any problems.

Buying anything from them is like playing Russian roulette. It could go well, but it could also end very badly.

Product is taking more than one month to deliver

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. If you have a problem with your product, you should consider waiting a month for closure. I would recommend Amazon instead.

1. No one answers the customer service phone number.
I call for several days. Pointless effort. I was on hold for 27 minutes yesterday.
2. I pressed * to be called back. Nobody has done it.
3. Emails are not answered.

The return process has been made as inconvenient as possible. Nowhere is it written how exactly the return must be made.

I made an order, chose delivery to the parcel machine, they called me, they said that the parcel was too big and can't be left in parcel machine, the parcel would be delivered to me by the Dpd courier, the money for the order was returned, they told me to pay the order to the Dpd courier upon receipt, Dpd said that there were no parcels for me, Kaup24 told me sorry, there was some mistake, your order was returned to the seller of the goods. The worst experience I have had buying in an online store, I ordered headphones through this local page so I expected to receive them in a short time, the estimate was a maximum of 7 days, after this time, I do not receive any type of updates, when I call , they tell me that it has been delayed for 7 more days, after this time, exactly the same thing happens, after another 7 days (21 days in total) my order was canceled, they gave me "compensation" of a total of 40 EUR , but this amount can only be used with absurd conditions, for example, for certain items you can only use 20% of this compensation, which does not compensate at all for my lost time and of course, I would not buy anything again in this store
