My sofa must be lonely somewhere out there..
The first part of the delivery went well despite one item missing, which I only noticed late and was not refunded for.
The 2nd part of the shipment (a sofa) I think will just never arrive. I ordered it almost 6 weeks ago and for the past 3 weeks I have tried to locate it via the tracking system and customer service, yet no luck. A customer service agent wrote me 3 days ago they will come back to me asap but despite numerous follow ups (on my side), I still have no news and simply never think it will arrive, nor will I be reimbursed as I am getting no response..

My experience with Kave Home has been…
My experience with Kave Home has been extremely disappointing.
According to the information provided at the time of purchase, my order was expected to be delivered within 6–7 weeks. It has now been more than 10 weeks, and the order has still not been fulfilled. Even worse, I have not been given any reliable information about when it will be delivered.
Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have received no satisfactory response or meaningful solution. The company continues to hold my money while failing to fulfill its contractual obligations.
As a result of this situation, I have today reported the matter to the police regarding the retention of my funds. I am also taking further legal action through my lawyer to protect my rights and recover the money that is rightfully mine.
I expect an immediate refund and a professional, responsible approach to customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
