Beautiful webshop with an error
Kave Home's webshop is very nice, the product photos and interiors are astonishing.
But I experienced an error: the discount has not been redeemed. I realized only after the payment when downloaded the proforma invoice.
I tried to contact the support by chat but still waiting for their answer.

My experience with Kave Home has been…
My experience with Kave Home has been extremely disappointing.
According to the information provided at the time of purchase, my order was expected to be delivered within 6–7 weeks. It has now been more than 10 weeks, and the order has still not been fulfilled. Even worse, I have not been given any reliable information about when it will be delivered.
Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have received no satisfactory response or meaningful solution. The company continues to hold my money while failing to fulfill its contractual obligations.
As a result of this situation, I have today reported the matter to the police regarding the retention of my funds. I am also taking further legal action through my lawyer to protect my rights and recover the money that is rightfully mine.
I expect an immediate refund and a professional, responsible approach to customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Truly horrible service
Truly horrible service! Placed a substantial order of over 2000€ on April 1st, and didn’t receive my full order until June 26th! Every so often I received a new notification of delay and apologies, as if that really acknowledged the fact that I had paid in full and didn’t receive my order on time. In addition, everything required extensive assembly, basically arrived as flat-pack IKEA furniture, except 4 times more expensive! Will never purchase anything from Kave again!

Kind and super professional
Élodie was kind and professional. She took the time to show us different options and fabrics, and to guide us through the showroom. She has also been extremely helpful throughout our interior design project. I would definitely recommend her and will gladly come back.

I phoned to ask if an item was in stock in store. I was told it was and that I should call into the store to see the item for myself and look at the wood. I drove an hour and a half from my home, only to find out when I reached the store that the item was actually not in store.
