Order never turned up

Put in an order early jan. was not dispatched so contacted them via email twice and got no response. They also don’t answer DMs. Phoned them after almost two weeks to be told that my item had been picked and was being dispatched either that day or the next. Then days later got an email saying they didn’t have the stock and cancelled my order for a totally different reason. Have emailed them to this effect but not expecting a response. Wouldn’t order from them again. Terrible service.

happy with order, reservations about the website

Very happy with my recent purchase, got two shirts in the sale and they're great, but it is disappointing to see that those two shirts are now back to full price being listed in the "new arrivals" section.
It's also disappointing to see that there are two fleeces in the "new arrivals" section that I've had for over a year now. I have no issue with things being available for a long time, but don't call them a new arrival.
