Unfortunately, my experience with kawaiisphere.com was very disappointing. I ordered a product that appeared to be original on the website, but what I received was clearly a fake: poor quality, completely different details from the photos, and no authentic labeling.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this site until they provide authentic products and transparent service.
It’s better to spend a little more and buy from trustworthy sellers.

Beware of this website. They’re fake. Bought six Sonny Angels from them and none of them were legit. Boxes were all tampered and taped and I initially thought they got damaged from shipping. But nah. The figurines were so fake and just so poorly made!!

Do not order - scam website and possibly fake goods if they ever arrive based on other reviews.

Ordered 3 Smiski’s on 12 May, confirmation email said they would be dispatched within 3 days. I followed up after a week and was told there was a delay in sending my order. Again I followed up 3 days later and they provided a tracking number which has displayed “Waiting to receive your YW parcel” since the tracking was provided on the 22nd and I have had no more response from customer services. Do not order, not worth the hassle or having to dispute the payment with your bank.

unfortunately placed my order for some sonny angels before researching the company. do not make the same mistake i did. it was too late for me to do anything about the order, and it arrived today - absolutely horrible fakes, extremely poor quality. can’t believe this company are charging full price for counterfeit goods. bitterly disappointed and have contacted for a resolution. no idea how they have any positive reviews - fake reviews too possibly? also took well over a week to arrive.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! So I bought 3 blind boxes all different series and they are ALL FAKE. Packaging and products are just bad quality. What I find even more upsetting is that they have a pretty good rating on Trustpilot… come to find out for every bad review they get, these fake accounts post good reviews to keep the rating up. What a shame honestly.

Hello, I ordered from the website because it seemed legit. However I was WRONG, these sonny angels are very much FAKE. When I opened my package, the little boxes they come in were all popped open. Their heads are constantly falling off the paint is AWFUL and the colors are completely different than from the real ones. Also lets not talk about the fact that your paying 20 dollars for something fake. I unfortunately ordered 9 for my friends and I, I reached out to them but ive heard nothing back. DO NOT buy from them

Sells fake smiskis. Doesnt refund either and you'd have to pay return shipping costs yourself.

Absolute scam of a website, goods are NOT authentic. Requested to cancel my order after learning most of their positive reviews are fake, they have cancelled my order but not issued a refund (they hadn’t even shipped the goods). I’ve asked for my money back numerous times, customer service is shocking and they’ve simply just ignored my emails for a week. Don’t waste your money on these scammers, disgusting.

I ordered a Cat Series Sonny and it was visibly fake the second I saw the packaging. The website says that it’s certified authentic, however the box, inside packaging, and design of the Sonny is completely different. The paint was chipping off and doesn’t stand up straight. Super disappointed.

I ordered several Sonny Angels from this site and was hugely disappointed to find that the products were fake. Also, most of the heads arrived detached. Don't order from them if you want authentic Sonny Angels.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered smiski figurines from this website and they are fake. They arrived in crushed boxes through the post and they are definitely not authentic smiski, fake and cheap looking.
I have photos of original smiski’s and the one’s I received from their online shop and they are completely different from the original smiskis.

This website is a scam. They advertise their products to be certified and authentic, but make you pay full price for cheaply made and horribly produced fake products. I would not recommend at all

Sonny angels are fake. Contacted the company and they said that it is a “supplier issue and they would look into it”. They know exactly what they are doing. Boxes come unsealed. They will make you pay for return shipping to FRANCE for their fake items. Total scam.

I ordered 3 Sonny Angels, a cat series, marine series and a hipper. They are all very clearly fake with poor paint jobs, incorrect features and they are all scratched and stained. I also paid the regular price for a real Sonny Angel, even a bit more than normal price. Am very disappointed and I will attempt to get a full refund.

Pretty good, I ordered 3 Sonny angels 2 of which are series 1 hippers, and 1 Dreamers hippers. The 2 series 1 ones were real (I hope) and the other one was visibly fake. Not entirely a scam as I didn’t pay for the dreamers one because it said it was free. I have one more of the harvest series hippers in the mail, praying it is real. I would buy again but under the impression that it may be fake.

If I could zero stars, I would. I don’t know how this company has 4 stars. It’s the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a Sonny angel on 5/2. I got tracking information on 5/5 and as of today 5/14 the tracking information still says “shipping label created, USPS awaiting item”. I have been told over and over rest assured my item was shipped and should be arriving soon. I’m tired of that response. I emailed letting them know I am longer interested in receiving this item and want a full refund issued. It has been 2 days now and zero response about my refund. I will be disputing the charge with my bank to get my refund. Horrible company & horrible customer service. Highly do not recommend!

Fake Sonny Angel, avoid!

Update: They are now offering me a refund, only if I remove this review!! So dishonest.
