About 2 months ago, I ordered a smiski, thinking it was genuine due to the description shown on the site. When it arrived it was VERY clearly not a real smiski - it also came out of the box with sonny angels packaging. I asked for a refund, and in fairness they responded quickly. They said I could have 30% back, which would've only been about £3 but it was better than nothing. After a following month, I received no refund, even after sending a follow up email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP ITS A SCAM!!!!

Fake Sonny Angels received - and poorly packaged too. Disappointed as website looks legit.

My order was delivered today and to my surprise, all 3 Sonny Angel dolls are fake. One came with the bag already open. Really bad paint jobs and one came with a broken face. I'm very disappointed. It's a shame that I can't add pictures to this review to show the quality of these products. An email with pictures has been sent to this store, but buyers should be made aware of this scam.
UPDATE: kawaii sphere is refusing to issue a full refund, offering 30%, then 50% discount and keeping the items. "Emma" added that I could opt for paying myself for the items to be sent to an address in France (so much for being based in London). If I wanted counterfeit items I would have gone somewhere else. Appalling service. Insulting to customers rights. Making sure that I get this sorted lawfully.
SECOND UPDATE: this company is now offering me a full refund and keeping the items with the condition of removing this review first. Once again acting unlawfully.
Also, take notice of how each time someone posts a negative review, shortly after a few great reviews come up. By email, I was told by "Gabriel" that my negative review is a rarity, as they have served more than 10,000 happy customers since 2022.

Do not order from this website clearly the food reviews are from the “company” and not actual customers. Received fake Sonny angels and they will not give me a refund even after reminding them it is not legal to deceive paying customers about products they’re selling

FAKE FAKE FAKE! Do not order if you’re looking for authentic figurines!

This company is selling counterfeit products as genuine. After receiving fake products, the company is refusing a refund in full in violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have reported them to UK government and law enforcement authorities for fraud and the sale of counterfeit. I recommend that others with the same experience do this as well. Edit: Since making this review, Kawaii Sphere has changed their tune, now contacting me saying that will offer an “exceptional solution” and provide me with a refund only if I remove this review. This is of course not only in violation of Trustpilot rules but also of the Consumer Rights Act. Very disappointing that the company is attempting to coerce customers and prevent genuine reviews. Do not buy from this company.

SONNY ANGELS ARE FAKE - DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!

I ordered Smiskis from their website, it said that they were official and approved, so I wasn’t worried at all. They took around 1.5 weeks to arrive, but that didn’t bother me so much. The packaging on all 4 of them were different and so were the boxes, some of the packaging even said sonny angel on it instead of Smiski. The figures were even more disappointing, all different shades of green, barely will glow and the dark, and are weirdly shiny. They also came damaged and almost of them had printing errors. Do not order smiskis from their website, they are obviously fake and you will only be disappointed.

Don’t buy Sonny Angels here.
They are fake! The figure is very dirty and the head doesn’t even fit on the body.
Package was very damaged as well.
Would give 0 stars if I could.

Fake Sonny Angels! AVOID! Advertised as the real deal but actually a huge scam. I have reported the company and trying to get a refund but nothing forthcoming. The products are icky and have taken so long to come (says 5-7 days took 12 days. I realised it was a scam too late as they are posting fake reviews. Do not buy from this store.

Looked good at first, but long delivery, the packaging of the Sonny Angels I ordered were damaged and, worst off all, the Sonny Angels are fake! Can’t say it else: it’s a scam!

If I could give no stars I would. FAKE smiskis. FAKE sonny angles. For the price of real authentic ones, what a joke

I ordered six Sonny Angels from five different sets, all are sadly fake - some very obviously. None have the marks on the feet. The wings aren’t properly defined, heads don’t fit on bodies, faces are raised with gaps around the headpieces and face painting is wrong. Such a shame as some were ones I really wanted.

Fake Sonny Dolls

Ordered three Sonny Angels - all fraudulent, two of which came broken. I sent evidence of this via email. The company are saying I have to pay out of own pocket to return them (even though they are beyond repair and therefore of no use to anyone) which they do state on their site - what they don’t tell you, however, is that you have to return them to France with tracked delivery! I said I will pay to return them to London, which is where the website states they are… nah, of course they want them sent to France.
They are refusing to give me a full refund, saying that they are going above and beyond by offering me a 50% refund! For goods that are broken and clearly fake. The cheek of it is astounding! They also keep telling me to check their refund policy, which I have done - several times. I think it’s them that need to check it themselves.
Oh, and they are asking for my bank details… which they don’t need as they have all the details they need when they TOOK my money. Please don’t fall for that - you never need to share bank details.

Don’t order sunny angels here . They are fake. The heads don’t fit well and they fall off. The boxes were openend and broken. The angels were dirty. Very fake. Don’t order.

Scam - all fake products , don’t trust the positive reviews they are all fake. Heads fallen off, boxes crushed open, paint is super splotchy. Their customer service will try and gaslight you and say this has never happened before with their supplier - in spite of all the fake reviews.

Update - the company has requested I remove my review for a refund and have requested personal banking information on two occasions :)

Fake!!! They write their own 5* reviews! Fake fake site, check Reddit and @sonnyangelsvinted. Don’t get scammed, the Sonny angels are bad fakes!
